Great breakfast, great location, stylish, tastefully decorated rooms and modern spa facilities, all within walking distance of awesome mountains and scenery. Great evening meals in both restaurants too.

Beautiful resort with multiple different room types and restaurants, two pools, spa facilities and other activities. Quick drive from the ferry terminal and supermarkets/shops. There is a shuttle if needed. The room was comfortable and had everything I needed. Parking was available, although depending on which building you were in it could be difficult to find a space close to your room. The staff were really friendly.

I was mildly disturbed by the noise of footsteps from the people upstairs, and it was very warm (due to the excellent weather), although there was a fan to use which helped. I didn’t keep the windows open at night due to midges.

There are three restaurants on site and two indoor swimming pools. Easy parking available on site.

I asked for a quiet room but was allocated a room opposite the lift and entrance where I could hear everything. Then they moved me to a room that had an adjoining door where the sound of the couple next door was audible. Finally I was moved to a ground floor room where the people above could be heard walking on the floorboards. I don’t think it has been properly sound insulated. The tapas restaurant was overpriced and poor quality pretentious food. It’s a pity there are no views of the sea from the hotel but the upstairs room had a lovely view of the mountain.

We were kept awake from 6am by a lot of noise from the room above.When we told the duty manager the next day very little was offered to compensate for the lack of sleep.
