The lack of information with regards not telling us that we had breakfast included and the bar closing early and not being made aware with of this very disappointed

The service we received whilst checking in was fantastic. Whilst waiting in a queue we were offered refreshments (water and/or prosecco) and this was repeatedly offered whilst waiting which was a lovely touch. The lady that checked us in was also extremely polite and friendly and explained everything well. We had access to the executive lounge which was great and I felt worth the money. It was a lovely relaxed atmosphere with high quality offerings for both breakfast and afternoon tea lunch. The location was great and perfect for us who were visiting primarily for a concert in Hyde Park.

The room was lovely with an amazing view however there were a couple of things regarding the room that were disappointing. Firstly there were no small coffee mugs to fit the Nespresso machine, we called to ask for some to be brought to our room but this never happened. All rooms are also advertised as having a 'mini bar' however this was just an empty fridge and we were told they were never stocked. Neither are items that I would normally complain about or write a negative review about , especially given the high standards of all other elements of our stay. However when I'm paying such a high amount of money for a one night stay, which we then upgraded, I would expect near perfection so sadly this was quite disappointing.

This property had a good central location- close to Hyde park. The door men were very friendly and helpful!

On check in the man at the desk was slightly over familiar. I don’t want a stuffy hotel but I am also not your “mate”. Room was nice but not exactly luxurious for the cost!

The breakfast was great It gives one a variety to choose from. The location is very strategic

We didn’t have enough beds in the room, to accommodate 3 guests let alone the pregnant guest. We had to arrange for an extra bed to be wheeled in. This required 3 phone calls down to front desk, a 30min wait to then be told it would be faster if we went down to the front desk. Another 20mins later we met with the manager Abdul who did try to resolve the issue, however he was unable to provide a suitable room. Staff weren’t unhelpful and lacked knowledge of facilities and car park use. Facilities in the room were poor, the shower head did not work and the bathroom door did not close. We will not be staying here again and will not recommend it to others.

Unfortunately the sheets smells bad and whenever we open the AC we had a sewage smell coming out of it . The service also took 2 hours + for anything we needed .

Room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. Location was very in a very convenient location for my work and breakfast was brilliant. Overall a worthwhile experience.

The staff were perfect. Very attentive, but not overwhelming and disingenuous. Always there to help when needed, informed and approachable.

breakfast was good and the hotel was as you would expect from a Hilton.

Initially put us in a twin and took a while to sort which was a pain, but eventually was moved to the room type we booked.

Due to the location of the hotel, many attractions easy accessible, staff where friendly and helpful, hotel room was a lovely size and spotlessly clean. We also booked used the car park, which made things a lot easier. There was always a taxi available outside. (Could of done with some coffee sachets)

Kameilya was the worst person i have ever met in London. She was asking for another payment. She has chosen the worst room in the hotel after hours waiting. She was testing our patience. 1. We had a fantastic stay here, staff couldn't have been more helpful, especially in the upstairs bar, where they showed us some fantastic views of the city
