Handy for the Convention Centre which was just over the road. Plenty of places to eat within walking distance.
Microwave was integrated in the oven and not easy to use. A separate one would be nice. Kitchen not too well equipped. No pizza cutter and no scissors. Couldn't park outside to unload my case as the two spaces were full so had to park at their other property, which was 10 - 15 minutes walk away, and carry everything down the hill. Please don't be put off by my comments. This is a lovely apartment for a couple who can share the load but as a solo traveller it was challenging. Even so I would consider staying again but next time I will try staying at their property on Duchy road which has on site parking.

Apartment, one bed deluxe at duchy road was perfect, ample parking, to be honest, too big for the two of us, 10 mins to bars and restaurants.... cannot fault the place...đđđ... krorf and Mandy..

Parking at the other site was ok, communication was good before stay.
Apartment was shabby in comparison to York property, was disappointed. Needs an update and a refresh. Noise was unbearable from neighbouring music bars and loud shouting until 1am - shutter on bedroom window would not close and kept swinging open which didnât help. Feedback given at checkout - response was âwell it is the city centreâ and âsorry about thatâ re: the shutter. Couldnât wait to get rid of us, very dismissive.

On our first night, a lot of the noise from the flat above including footsteps could be easily heard.

The property was in a prime location, just a short walk to the centre. The apartment was beautiful and modern and had all the facilities you need for a perfect stay. Self check in was easy, Would definitely recommend anyone to stay here and canât wait to visit again.

Lawrance apartments are my absolute go to when visiting Harrogate and York. Highest standards of cleanliness and furnishings and very secure for a single traveller. Reception team are very friendly and helpful.

Stayed here on a few occasions & will definately be back, luxury it certainly is, large rooms, large & comfy beds, all utilities you require, short walk to centre, free parking & not ÂŁ17 per night like the double tree around the corner.

Lovely rooms beautifully decorated and nice outside space to enjoy outside dining. Very well equipped kitchen. Good parking. Convenient for the centre of Harrogate, but nice and quiet.
Fresh coffee would have been lovely - even in the form of coffee bags.

The apartment was well placed and great value for the money. It is directly opposite to the exhibition centre and there are great bars and restuarans next door.

No freezer section in the fridge. Not essential but could have been handy for freezer blocks etc.

It was very modern. I particularly liked the naught and crosses game.
It is in walking distance of most things. Lovely pizza restaurant next door.
We couldn't fathom out how to access the building it took us to the back. One phone call and the lady was extremely helpful.
There was no parking and i could not unload properly because there were no spaces with takeaway cars. The parking that was available at a different site is quite a walk away but managed to get some parking up the road as we left before 8am. This is not a negative though, I would definitely stay again.

Great location and a short walk to the centre of Harrogate. Lovely big apartment with excellent facilities and very clean.
You could drop off at the front of the building but there was no parking.

Really spacious apartment, well decorated and great location in the centre of Harrogate. Easy code entry into the building.
Only shutters in the bedroom so got quite bright in the bedroom in the early morning. Bedroom was too warm even with the fan on and there were a few stains on the bedroom carpet.

The property was beautifully furnished, great location and free parking
Our stay was really lovely, however to make it even better it would have been good to have a pint of fresh milk in the fridge. We couldnât get the oven to work so maybe some instructions for that, it also took us a while to work out how to get hot water as the switches next to the tanks were switched off. And a couple of extra things in the kitchen to make cooking breakfast easier, like kitchen roll, cooking oil and foil

Have stayed at the Lawrence many times now and it is always clean and very comfortable.
flat 4 has windows directly onto the lane behind and at 7.15 the noise from a large refuse track which stopped directly outside the window was dreadful and went on for at least 10 minutes.

Better staying in this apartment with all facilities you need compared to a hotel.

Great location . easy walk in to town. Ample parking available on site and on the street. Rooms very comfortable.
No freezer in the fridge, lots of stairs to negotiate (I had asked for a lower floor room). Lighting in the bedroom and kitchen was quite dark. Scaffolding around the building and ongoing work was not mentioned in any correspondence but the disturbance was minimal. Communal rubbish bin was overflowing.
