Diseño. Es horrible. Viejo. Por ejemplo. Suelo de baldosines repintado. Falta de limpieza en lugares como alrededor del inodoro. Armarios pequeños reutilizados de un hotel anterior. Ruido de unas habitaciones a otras. Tv sobre la mesa y no en la pared. Caja fuerte sobre la mesa. La comida es escasa y mala. Sobre todo, la cama era de poca calidad e incómoda. Colchon de muelles con altibajos. El personal sí es muy amable

Room was clean and spacious, amazing views onto the ocean. The hotel is proper close to the beach and to the city centre. So I was really chuffed with my choice.

Stunning location and having the option of two different pools was great.

The staff could be a bit direct which came across as a little standoffish. The curtains in my room were dirty and ripped. The spa was great but the floor was extremely slippery and a friend of mine actually fell when he visited.

No te dan toallas para las piscinas Y si quieres pagar por ello solo aceptan efectivo y si pagas en tarjeta y no te devuelven el dinero, pero serían como créditos si consumes algo te lo descuentan pero si no, te pierdes el dinero Y si quieres añadir otra persona tienes que pagar aunque al hacer la reserva, el precio era igual para 1 o 2 personas, Yo estuve varios veces ahí pero cada vez lo veo peor que antes Y es demasiado caro por lo que tiene.

Ontbijt/restaurant beetje achterhaald lijkt op kantine. Personeel kan nog veel bijleren beginnen met vriendelijkheid.

Vriendelijk personeel, heel netjes, we vinden zelfs meer netjes dan vorige jaar! Zeer goed ontbijt!! Alles opnieuw geschilderd dus netjes!

Airco werkte niet op de kamer. Voor jullie lijkt het niet warm deze periode maar voor anderen wel.

A pesar de la dificultad, Alberto y el manager del hotel hicieron todo lo posible para darme una habitación en el edificio que solicité. El personal del hotel siempre me ha parecido lo mejor que tiene. He ido varias veces y por supuesto volveré. Merece mucho la pena comer o cenar ya que la calidad del menú es excelente. (Aunque me gustaba más cuando no era buffet)

Varias veces me ha ocurrido que he querido reservar una o dos semanas y no me ha sido posible debido a que los sábados están ocupados. Creo que no se debería permitir reservar solamente los fines de semana ya que las personas que queremos ir entre semana no podemos reservar y es una gran pérdida para el hotel. Quizás se podrían guardar algunas habitaciones con prioridad para las personas de larga estancia y desbloquearlas a última hora si se han quedado libres, (seguro que incluso a última hora se ocupan los sábados.) Además en la aplicación indica fechas no disponibles y piensas que todos los días están ocupados. Me costó darme cuenta de que solo es un día el no disponible. Hubiera ido a otro sitio el sábado y vuelto al hotel el resto de días pero al no indicar nada siempre había pensado que todos los días estaban ocupados.

Well located, a lot of options to have fun (swimming pools, beach,…). Friendly staff. Clean and safe space for everyone.

This hotel is amazing! The rooms are quite big and clean. Bathrooms have bidets and bath tubs. The reception staff is friendly and supportive. The facilities are clean and adequate. There’s a standard pool on the ground floor and you can also eat at the restaurant near the pool. There’s also a bar that serves cocktails and coffees. There’s a naked pool with a bar on the rooftop; a spa and a gym in the basement. There’s also a barber and a shop in the reception. The masseur is very friendly and professional. Massage prices are accessible and proportionate. During the week, there were 4 amazing pool parties with music, drag queens, DJs and dancers. The cleaner deep-cleaned all the rooms every day. The hotel is close to the gay area and you can literally walk to pubs and clubs in 5 minutes. I would definitely recommend this place for a nice gay holiday and I’m looking forward to come back soon.

The cleaner did not clean our room on one day and food and drinks were a bit overpriced.

The central position, the atmosphere and the pool. The room was pretty big and welcoming

One morning we woke up and we found a girl in our toilet. She could get into the room with the key card. We complained at the reception and for the girl there it seemed quite common(“oh maybe she came here and her card didn’t work so we created another one with a wrong room number that she provided”). Is it normal? So I go down to the reception and I ask for a new room keycard and nobody checks if I am the person who is staying in that room?!? Fortunately the man at the reception understood that it was really something that shouldn’t happen and apologised for the inconvenience. Before issuing a new key card please check the person id. It’s not nice getting up, opening the toilet door and finding an unknown person sat on the toilet listening music.

The view from the balcony overlooked a skip full of rubbish. The room smelt of sewage. No double bed but two singles pushed together.

Nothing to dislike but if I had to say something, the hot elements of the breakfast weren’t that hot. A microwave would have been good to warm things up a bit.
