Room was spacious clean with comfortable beds. Staff was always helpful and friendly. Hotel located on top of a mall with food and a supermarket. Ordering in groceries or food is convenient. Would definitely return

Such a great hotel for us as a family with its option of spacious 2 bed apartments with kitchenette including washing machine & dryer. Love the contemporary decor. Great location too with supermarket in the basement of shopping centre next door and the BTS just down the road plus super choice of restaurants & foot massage places all on doorstep. We loved the roof top pool. Also, the staff definitely deserve a mention: always very helpful and super friendly. This was our second visit and MUU did not disappoint. We will definitely be back. Absolutely exceptional again.

Smoking smiles every way

Lovely hotel very comfortable clean and delicious breakfast fabulous pool which unfortunately we didn’t have time to use it. There were a few nice bars in the area but about a 15/20 minute taxi drive to the area with lots of bars and restaurants

On one of the nights the concierge called a taxi it didn’t look like a registered one we couldn’t use the seat belts so it felt quite unsafe.

Clean, spacious, comfortable rooms. Very accommodating and polite staff and a wonderful location.

The TV could have more streaming platforms, like Netflix or Amazon.

It's a funky well located hotel with a nice sized junior suite

I had flickering broken lights for 2 days that I requested to be fixed twice and they never came. The same with the speaker control that didn't work either. No plates dishes or cutlery at all in a suite is pretty odd. It was very basic for a junior suite.

Die Großzügigkeit aller Räume, das ausgewählte und harmonische Design und das besonders hervorragende Frühstücksangebot lies kaum Wünsche offen. Allerdings hätte ich mir mehr gewünscht, dass die Raucher nicht so diskreditiert werden oder diskriminiert werden.
