-public bus is one minute to the hotel , it can take you from the airport to the hotel in 15 minutes. -the girl called rashida from the restaurant is very helpful and professional

- the bed was with two mattresses instead of one king or queen size. juice and water is not free for the dinner

Nice that they include breakfast. The breakfast was ok (scrambles eggs, (over)boiled eggs, bacon and other warm foods every day - also yoghurt options, musli, cheese, ham and sausages), though i missed some more fresh vegetables options like cucumber, bell pepper, avocado etc, and i missed some alternatives to bread, like crisp bread. For the ones that love sweets and pastry for breakfast, this is the place to eat ;) Also pluss for a nice fruit section every day! The location of the hotel is great - one minute to the beach by the 13th tower/beach bar, one minute to a fairly ok super market. Close to the bus stop to Palma and also near a Mercadona for some for advanced food shopping if you'd like to bring some lunch to the beach. The staff was for the most part friendly and helpful.

I missed some more fresh and healty breakfast options, it was a lot of fried vegetabels and pastry. The cleaning of the room was just not acceptable at the beginning: when first entering the room after check in it was both feces and pubic hairs all over the toilet seat, a lot of hair on the floor of the bedroom and shower. Also the shelves in the bathroom were not cleaned as they had marks after shampoo/soap bottles etc. When i went down to the reception and told them about this they immediately booked another cleaning, but it was just not good at all...some of the hairs and marks were still there. Throughout the stay of 7 nights the cleaning got a little better, but it was a disappointing start and not something I'm iver the moon about. The hotel over all came across as clean and nice. Some of the staff members struggled communicating in english, that made it hard to ask for help - but overall not a too big of a problem. Another thing that could be a problem was how thin the walls in-between rooms were...you could easily hear people next door just talking normal voice, tv etc... This was very uncomfortable. Luckily I didn't have a party gang or a big screaming family next door ;) Travel tip: bring ear plugs!

The layout and location of the hotel. It was very clean with good facilities. Cleaning staff very nice and flexible bar staff also very nice. Bar food was lovely- and staff very catering, I had low battery on my phone and it was no issue to charge same behind the bar

It was noted at reception there were some lingual discrepancies, we had booked a spa treatment and massage however it was booked as the sauna jazucci and steam room. the standard of English did not meet the minimum requirement to avoid these miscommunications There were only two irons in the resort and required a ten euro deposit we stayed in a junior suite and felt this is insufficient for a four star hotel

Nice Place, iv down graded the hotel on 2 counts, 1st there is a mains socket directly next to the sink , nothing less then lethal. 2nd we had some heavy rain so forced to stay in, T.V.was only source of entertainment unfortunately all programs (Englush speaking) had been dubbed in German or Spanish. We asked reception for the tv code to change ir, obviously being English they where not Interested. Obviously geared up for Germans, don't think we would go back.

Location- close to the sea. Very good breakfast and dinner if you choose HB.

Room size a bit small and also the closet. Pillows are probably too much being used, not fluffy anymore, even a bit hard and flat. But everything you need for a weekly holiday are available, not luxory hotel.

The staff was very friendly and very helpful. The food was various and delicious, both breakfast and dinner; sometimes they have live music in the restaurant. The room was cleaned every day. The location is excellent, it is about 50m from the beach. Also, there is a bus station with direct routes to the airport or city center, at 1 minute walk from the hotel. They have a nice pool area with a bar, where they host live events almost each evening. There is a market very close to the hotel. Great experience overall.

The rooms were a bit noisy. The closet is pretty small. No free drinks at dinner at all, not even plain water.

Spacious and clean room, with a fridge + water for each guest to welcome you. Little kitchen available. Air-condition working well. Toiletries provided, thank you 👍 Entertainment every day which was very pleasant. If you need towels for the swimming pool, the hotel gives you as many as needed, you can change them everyday in exchange of €10 deposit per towel and money back given when you bring them back. It is so handy. Great location: the beach is 4 mins walk Bus stop nearby too and you can take the bus to go directly from /to the airport (€5) or the town to see the attractions The staff is very friendly and speak many languages. Size of swimming pool good and deep also which makes it suitable for children and adults.

Wifi connection should be free, the food in the restaurant was okay but could be improved. The laundry price is per item, the price should be fixed for 1 washing machine rather the number of each clothing. For the price of the booking, an iron should be available in the room. I booked a massage, there was no trace of my appointment and the same happened when I rented a car. Both issues were resolved but could have been avoided. FYI: The pool was cleaned every day but people don't use the shower before going in so from time to time you catch hair as you swim or see a plaster floating ...
