The outside seating area to enjoy the beautiful city views at night, as well as amenities that make this hotel suitable for families. Also, this hotel is connected to a mall, so that making it easier when you want to find food or other needs.

Check-in process. We understand that special room requests are subject to availability, but we have reconfirmed beforehand, and have noted. Even though in the end we got the rooms according to our special request, but before, the check-in staff said that all the rooms were full, until finally we showed that our special request had been noted by the hotel. In the future, we hope that special requests from guests will be given more attention. Because guests ask for a special room, of course to suits their needs and to make it more comfortable during their stay.

Small rooms Bathroom small .

We stayed here before. The reason we came back is due to the location (very convenient), the hotel is basically connected with the mall. There is everything inside from groceries, restaurants to a hardware store. The hotel staff is kind & help full. It has a very nice breakfast ( everyday different main dishes), bed is decent, shower has great water pressure. Room size is comfy even with 2 people inside. Overall a solid 7.

Ok now I will explain the reason why we rate it 7. (Remember this is the experience we had in this particular room, most likely it will differ from other rooms.)>> The door/key lock mechanism was a pain in the butt, it won't release the lock when you insert the key in the first attempt, we had to in-out the key like 10x every single time we want to enter the room. The fridge in the room was not working we had to wait until the next day in order to have someone check /swap the mini fridge. And the room itself was kind of run down.

location and staffs are good

the bathroom is small and towels are not clean (ware out too much, need to change new ones)
