The resort is in a great location. Away from the main streets, but still within easy driving distance from restaurants and convenient stores. The house was spacey and had all amenities we needed. The kitchen was equiped with all we needed, the living room had ample space for 10 people.

The bathtub plug was broken so I had to shower when I wanted to soak in a nice hot bath after skiing all day. The hot water tank ran out of hot water after three showers.

The service here was absolutely amazing! I would love to stay here again for my Niseko ski trips with friends. Most of the communication was done via email - the staff was fluent in English and always responded within minutes. The staff were so polite, helpful and accommodating. Their services included arranging private airport pick up / drop off (for a fee), arranging rental car (which they arranged to have at our lodge before arrival), free car service around the Hirafu area, arranging ski lessons (for a fee), arranging cakes for special occasions (for a fee), and grocery delivery (stocked in the fridge before arrival)!! The lodge was spacious, beautiful, clean, and with comfortable beds.

The location is a bit far from the Hirafu downtown area and ski resort (about a 10min drive) but the extra distance for this quality is worth every ¥¥¥. Their free shuttle service will get busy during the peak hours so better to book a few hours or a night in advance.

The house is so nice. And location is good. And the important thing the price is so good too!

Staff super helpful. Drop off and pick up was useful. Regular buses to lifts and town.

It’s a little bit out of centre but with the free buses it’s not a big issue.
