Отель полность не соответствует фотографиям. Ремонт давно не проводился. Вместо кроватей деревянные ящики на которых лежит матрас. На фото видно. Поломанные вещи, сантехника бежит, унитаз перестал набирать воду. Двери тонкие, все время слышны крики в коридоре и хлопанье дверьми лифта.

Проблема с едой. Завтрака практически нет. Пообедать тоже нельзя.

Schöne Lobby. Große Zimmer. Saubere Handtücher und Bettwäsche. Wasserkocher, Safe und Kühlschrank auf dem Zimmer. Wir haben 15€ pro Person pro Nacht bezahlt und dafür war das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis gut.
Wir hatten 3 verschiedenen Zimmer gebucht und der Zustand und die Ausstattung der Zimmer war extrem unterschiedlich. Boden nicht so sauber. Dusche im schlechten Zustand. Lage ist okay, Hotel befindet sich auf der rechten Seite des Flusses, während die Sehenswürdigkeiten auf der linken Seite des Flusses sind, trotzdem guter Anschluss zu Geschäften und Restaurants.

Персонал безумна вежливый, по каждому вопросу обращалась. Было очень интересно все протгород узнать. Номер ваще класс, видно что свеженький, после ремонта, очень красивый

Очень большой номер, наличие парковки для авто, хорошая шумоизоляция.
В номере один стул, вдвоем перекусить за столом не получилось. Было бы уютней, если в номере был ковролин.

Расположение хорошее, за углом магазины, даже круглосуточный большой магазин рядом, базар. Персонал всегда готов помочь. Комната большая, холодильник, чайник, тапочки. Все понравилось!

Poor language, no English at all, lack of information, no internal coffee or outlet, or restaurant for a daily service, no room service, balcony dirty, even do there were room available I was required to wait till 12 to do a checking, I landed at 0700 am and had to wait till 12 at the lobby for the room

The receptionist Jamilya was so professional and helpful as most people there don't speak English. She helped me with my local sim activation and told me the places to visit in Astana. Definitely one of the best receptionists i have come across.

Very cold in the room. This hotel is for sure not 4 Star hotel. Breakfast very poor, not even coffee available.

hotel team is nice, but it is a really cold in winter but they give a small heater which kinda resolves heating issue. they let guests but the number is limited
yea, it is cold in winter but as i said above they give you heater. overall it is okay hotel to spend one-two nights if you’re on business trip or want to hang out your friends

The staff was kind and considerate. They were very available 24/7. Big thanks to the staff!
EXTREMELY cold at night because they don't heat the rooms. The smell of smoke is omnipresent including in the walls, furniture and bedsheets. Rather deceptive because they advertise themselves as a four star hotel.
