A well located large hotel with great transport links to and from Incheon airport and two close metro stations providing access to the rest of the city. The bathroom is clean and has good shower pressure. The hotel provides bottled water on a daily basis if your room is cleaned. The hotel is perfectly located to good local Korean restaurants and coffee shops in the Mapo area. I would stay here again given the convenience. I would recommend taking the airport express bus since it stops outside the hotel and so you do not have to worry about lugging your luggage down the escalators/steps (unlike the metro).

The shower curtain is too short and falls above the bath tub so will cause the bathroom to get very wet. Some parts/corners of the room was very dusty, including the sofa. Some reception staff are helpful and friendly, while some were quite blunt and unwelcoming. In contrast, all the cleaning staff were lovely and greeted us in the morning.

很方便，门口就是公交站。去明洞不用换乘。前台职员很亲切。

房里的皮拖鞋很破了，入住晚的话客房部会下班的，没办法给其他拖鞋也没办法加被子，大家注意一下。

I used to use this seoul garden hotel more than 12 years. However, all the staff's service mind were very poor. I was also so shocked and became very upset. One example, i arrived hotel at 8 an waited about 6 hrs and half and asked room key at 2:30pm but, he charged 10,000 won without any sorry mind. I fully aware of hotel's check in rule but at least staffs should explain with bright face but, staffs face almot looks angry.. hotel's fromt dest is hotel's face.. come on, i wont stay this hotel ever in future..

Perfect location.

This 8s my second visit. There was a very kind concierge who was so helpful. This time I missed his help.

Room is clean and spacious. Location is great with airport bus stop and subway just about 5mins walk distance. Many restaurants nearby and some are operation 24hrs. Convenience stores like 7-11, CU and GS25 just nearby.

The hotel doesn't provide toothbrush set and need to purchase.

Excellent location right between two subway stops, everything was clean and staff were top notch and very accommodating.

When we arrived, the controller for the room lights and AC did not work and had to be repaired. The AC never felt very cool and so we slept without covers as it was warm. There is only 1 washer and 1 dryer for the entire hotel. We had planned to wash clothes during our 15-day trip but had to wait in line in order to get a chance at the washer. Several people came to use the facility but were unable to.
