Near the beach, helpfully personel, parking, confortable room

A great location, 50m to the lake & 5 mins from old town. Our host met us to checkin which was smooth. Our room was very comfortable with a balcony looking toward the lake. A nice quiet night sleep with lots of fresh air from windows. The room was spotlessly clean.

Even though we stayed for one night everything was excellent. Communication with the host was excellent, she sent us a message before arrival with her mobile number and when we arrived she made it clear that she is here if we need anything. The room was just about perfect size with all the needed amenities. Comfy bed and pillows, very clean. Location is great, just a couple of minutes walk from the old town. Restaurants, bars and beach just down the street. Everything was ok.

The room we had had a shared balcony with another room and the view isn't that great. To us it didn't matter at all since we were on a short stay and we used our time to see the beautiful Kotor and not to stay in our room. I think other rooms had their own balcony and maybe a better view, I really don't know.

We loved the balcony views, the whole place was so clean, Olga was fantastic!

Friendly welcome. Spacious and comfortable room in an hotel located only 10 minutes walking from the old centre.

Some dark hairs in the bathroom and the toilet brush hangs right next to the sink. Also, there were drain flies in the room, which points to standing water or leaking pipes.

Private parking, old city is 5 min walk, they washed our clothes, wiew for the bay

The location is close to the Kotor beach and within walking distance of the old city. The host offers some trips, and you can book from them.

The main bedroom of the suite (I would call it a suite rather than an entire apartment) has no air-con, and you need to sleep with the door opened.

The location is great, close to the beaches and minutes away from cafes and 10 min from the old town. The room was clean and nice, the staff accommodating and all in all good value for money.

The beds were quite narrow

Panonija is in a pleasing spot moments from the beach in Kotor and Old Town. What I also liked about the location was its proximity to various bar-restaurants at the bottom of its street; very convenient for a nightcap after a day out sightseeing. The interior had a bit of character and the housekeeping member of staff was delightful. We stayed the second night in a different room with sea view, which was good for seeing the cruise liners passing across the bay of Kotor. This hotel was good value and had strong WiFi.

A pity no real breakfast options were offered when we stayed here.

Dirty room and bathroom (there were some hairs from the previous guests and the sheets were dirty
