The view from the apartment is breathtaking. You can swim directly in front of the apartment, enjoy seafood in one of the best restaurants and get some tips from the lovely hosts! For our next Kotor trip we’ll definitely stay at the Jovana again, thank you!

We stayed there for 2 days..it was great experience, we love the house looking at the amazing beachfront. House is very clean and it has all the utilities you would need. Jovana, the house owner, was very friendly. We were able to leave our luggages on our last day after the check out time, they were very cool about it. In general we love the place, highly recommend it!

The appartment was in a superb location with views to die for from the balcony. The area is very quiet and peaceful away from the hustle of Kotor. The appartment was very well equipped and very clean and tidy. The best of all was the amazing kindness and hospitality of the hosts Jovanna , Dragan and Tanya. They will go out of there way to help you. We would definitely pick this appartment again.

great view, amazing host, easy to check in. there are 2 nice ocean front restaurants very close from the apartment. opens from early morning till night. supermarket is there as well.

Lovely apartment with stunning views across the bay. Spacious, very comfortable bed, modern bathroom with walk in shower. Washing machine and well equipped kitchen. Parking available and balcony. The host is a very generous, helpful person, who will go out of his way to make your stay memorable. The apartment is a very pleasant 25 minute walk from Kotor centre and there is an excellent fish restaurant about 30 meters from your door.

WiFi works but reception is patchy. The apartment would not suit anyone with mobility issues as there is a lot of steps.

Dragan and Jovana are really nice host which make sure that we have everything that we need. The place is nicely kept and all our concerns or requested was addressed. Location was perfect. Walkable to the old town. Beautiful view from the balcony.

Not sure if it's booking.com error but when I copy and paste the address to Google maps it shows another location. Highly suggest to zoom in the map in booking.com to confirm the location before check in.

The stay was spot on. The hosts were hospitable and made us feel comfortable. They also helped us to get cabs as it was a new place for us. The apartment was clean and the view was amazing. I would recommend this stay to anyone who wants to have a peaceful stay with a great view for a nominal price.

Everything was great! Clearly that the studio has some intentionality behind it - it is cozy, comfy with all the necessary items you might need for a short stay. the reclining armchair was just perfect! The hosts are super friendly, helpful and responsive. Would come back hands down.

Very cozy place to stay. Nice walk to Kotor in about 205 minutes.Nice terrace. Delicious food in the restaurants nearby. One can swim comfortably in the nearby beaches. Kind and very helpful hosts.

We stayed on the top floor. It may be challenging for disabled persons to walk from the stairs.

Great location, very close to the beach and two excellent restaurants in Dobrota, also in a walking distance from Kotor Old town. Hosts are very kind and friendly and were there to help us whenever we needed. The flat is really cute and very well equipped with anything you might need even for a longer stay.

The apartment is clean and tidy with nice view of the see. Good location, close to the restaurants, beach and market, not far from the old town (around 20min by foot). Hosts were super nice and very helpful. We recommend and surely we will come back.

We stayed at the apartment (with sea view) in June for 3 nights (sorry this review is so late!). The apartment was amazing. It looked better in real life compared to the photos. The apartment was spacious, clean and well equipped. It had everything we needed. The best thing about the apartment was the balcony/terrace. The views were incredible! We loved watching the sunset from here with a glass of wine. Lots of bars and restaurants close by, or a lovely half an hour walk to Kotor. The hosts were very friendly. We will look forward to coming back to stay in the future.

Some more furniture/better umbrella stand on the terrace would have been nice

What a perfect place to stay on the bay of Kotor! The apartment is clean, cheery, and comfortable, with a very well-equipped kitchen - we cooked almost all our meals and ate on the lovely terrace overlooking the bay. There's also a nice outdoor cafe right downstairs. The apartment is five minutes' walk from a delightful little beach (shown in photo) that we visited almost every day. There are also larger beaches with loungers if you prefer. It's 20 minutes' walk from Kotor old town, great for sightseeing but nice that Dobrota is peaceful in the evening when you just want to relax on the terrace. Best of all about this apartment are the HOSTS! Jovana and Dragan did so much to make our stay as smooth and wonderful as possible. Dragan arranged all of our transportation to and from the airport, booked a COVID test for me and drove me to the clinic (I needed it for my return flight), and arranged a tour of the beautiful bay on his boat at a very reasonable price. We said that we wanted to see Lake Skadar, and Dragan arranged everything for us - even got us to see Stari Bar as well! They were always checking up to see if we needed anything. I couldn't imagine staying anywhere else on the bay!

Amazing location right by the beach and a pleasant 30 minute walk to the old town. Spacious apartment and very comfortable, we really enjoyed our stay.

The hot water coming out of the bathroom taps was scalding hot, be careful with young children. The bath tap burned my arm to the point of blistering.

The location was perfect, close to the beach, restaurants and local shop, a bit of a walk from old town, but the view is amazing. The apartment was clean and tidy and the hosts were so friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend it.

We loved Dobrata and the convenience of the apartment’s location - one row of houses back from the bay. The balcony with views of the bay.

Really great location - we were happy that we decided to stay outside Kotor centre. It was so peaceful, a few steps to the sea and swimming, great restaurants everywhere, walking distance to the city, the best view from the balcony, we enjoyed our morning coffee and evening sunset from there. The flat had everything we needed - really comfortable bed, kitchen, clean bathroom with a great shower. Would definitely come back.

Great view from the balcony! You have a private parking spot just across the road (one way road!). Jovanas father was very helpful with parking our rented car. Apartment was very clean, air-conditioning. Hosts were very helpful.

There are a lot of steps so if you have a big luggage then it's difficult. We were 15 minutes late with our checkout so we felt this some kind of polite-unfriendly atmosphere but it was understandable because of the probable fact that cleaning lady was ready to clean our apartment. The same at the afternoon. Jovanas father asked us why we moved the WiFi router. I had to do that cause I needed a spot to charge my phone during the night. There was nothing closer to my bed. Those comments vere strange and even mean for me. We didn't broke anything, just moved a router that still worked after few second. That conversation was very unpleasant for me. Host are very friendly at the first day. Totally focused on business. Otherwise I recommend this place, the view is stunning.
