Reception was open when we arrived at 11pm and the guy on reception was helpful

I chose the hotel because of the location as we had an early Eurostar the next morning. The hallway and stairs were incredibly dirty. A hoover would make a bit difference! That wasn't a good start. The room was ok but the bathroom had mould in it. It was the kind of place I didn't want to look too closely. The biggest problem was the noise. The traffic noise was incredible, I hardly slept - the windows although shut didn't provide any insulation against the noise.

Bathroom - it needs some repairing, but generally ok. Noise from the street - the window had to be open because of the heat.

We were looking to stay 1 night with our family. This was just what we were looking for

when arrive pur room was not available so we end up a different room but the room are dirty, it has spiders on the bed and doors are broken. we're worried that someone might come in our room so we end up booking on a another hotel.

The location is very accessible to public transport and commodities such as the pharmacy, good restaurants, shops.

We stayed for one night and loved having a family room near Gare du Nord. The room was quite modern with lots of outlets for charging devices. I thought it was really good value for the large room we booked. It made our trip so much easier!

It was difficult to air out the place between the heat and the noise, but the weather and location are out of everyone's control!

Very good position and the room was clean Stuff really nice. Best deal 🤝.

Good value for money. Excellent location just 5 minutes from Gare du Nord station and surrounded by a wide variety of bars, restaurants and supermarkets. Gentle and English speaking receptionist on arrival. Hot and very powerful shower with a touch of modern class. Clean sheets and towels available everyday. USB sockets close to the bed for charging devices.

Don’t expect any luxuries and the common areas are desperately crying for a refurbishment.

Low price for Paris. We were able to leave our luggage there after the check-out to keep visiting the city.

The Hotel wanted to take money from the provided card without informing me & it was preliminary written in accomdation descr that the overall payment will be performed in cash, stinky inside the Hotel, provide only 2 towels for everything (no hand towels), dirty blankets above the bed, tiny room (not clear from photos at all), a window doesn't abut properly, sometimes it feels, dirty radiator, occasionally bugs appear:( the Hotel staff speak English not good

Location was good.

Staff, the receptionist was too very vary bad behaved. I have been traveling a lot. I had never never seen such bad behaviour just because we asked for one more blanket and pillow and hot water!! These are the simplest things at a hotel!! And there is only one just one person in the whole building (except the guests)who is the receptionist, nobody else. Oh my God, he shouted at me and pushed the chair to me, unbelievable really unbelievable. The worst ever experience. The bathroom was really really cold as the window did not close properly it was broken. And there was no hot water at night and the excuse was that all the rooms are full so there is no hot water.

Cheap, no frills room with a bed, shower and toilet close to the train station

Very small room but good for the price.
