距離地鐵站算近；有接駁巴士去地鐵站很方便，不過要提前預訂才能搭；房間算滿大的；有USB充電孔，如果沒帶到插頭轉換器也不擔心；有提供飲水機，需要自備水瓶；有自助洗衣房，但價格不便宜。

吹風機風力很小又過熱，吹頭髮比較麻煩；接駁巴士較小，不能帶行李箱上接駁巴士。

Staff are very friendly and helpful. First night I checked in, realised the room assigned to me was not very ideal for single lady and requested to have another room instead. Nick and his team immediately got another room for me, greatly appreciated the understanding and efficiency. Shuttle bus service is a bonus for me since I can get to know the malls nearby and worry-free to return hotel in evening. Bus uncle is very helpful, I heard he guided new comers how to get food after dinner time, he is responsive when we greeted him in different languages :) happy to meet such warm people during the stay at Dorsett. As not the first time visit HK, I just want to explore some new places, Tsuen Wan is a nice place to go, and it is near Disneyland!

Breakfast. There are limited choices of food and toaster was spoiled on the day I visited. I was upset for not having toasted bread in the cool morning.

Friendly staff that were helpful and accommodating. The shuttle service which made going to local popular mall destinations and MTR stations convenient for exploring guests. Location was focused on the outskirts of the main city, which kept things local and interesting for those looking to explore another side of Hong Kong. However, it was further to travel to the tourist attractions and if you walked to the nearest MTR it takes 10 to 15 minutes. The rooms was superb! Comfy and clean alongside an air purifier which made the air so much cleaner. The noise isolation was good, as the hallways can be noisy from the other tourists. But the room was well isolated from the noise that made sleeping better. Would definitely stay here again and a big thumbs up to the helful staff for the shuttle services alongside side comfortable rooms.

Perhaps the location was on the industrial side which did not look pleasant.

1. Extremely inconvenient location and poor (in terms of coverage and frequency) shuttle service. 2. Absolutely filthy - stained and used cups were never washed or replaced (we had to clean our cups)； wash basin and shower were not cleaned despite daily servicing；dust, dirt and hair remained where they were days on end. 3. Poor management - customers were allowed to leave garbage and used towels outside their room doors on carpeted floor. We even once saw someone sleeping on the couches in the lift lobby. It is nothing like a reasonable hotel. And we were in a HK$900+ per night room, not the cheapest type in that hotel.

Friendly and helpful staff, room with a double bed as requested was provided. Speedy action on feedback given about poor standard of cleanliness of the room on checking in. Shuttle bus service to a nearby shopping centre with connection to MTR train services was useful.

The room with a double bed was facing the back of an adjoining industrial building, which was very ugly. We checked in late at nigh and the room provided was filthy, especially the toilet and the air purifier, which we had to turn the air purifier off. Fortunately, the cleaning staff was very responsive to feedback provided on the next day and replaced the filter to the air purifier and gave the toilet a deep clean. Apparently, the hotel did not provide daily room cleaning to booking through booking.com and room cleaning was provided every three days, although supply of bottled water, dust bin liners and towels could be required through the front desk.

The staff and service is really good. Decent room size and clean facilities. Had a medical emergency and the staff handled it very well. Kudos to them and letting is rest in the room slightly longer before our flight. For that 11/10 for service!

Property is old NS doesn't represent the chain name Dorsett. Staff re not friendly, breakfast was horrible with just a few items and remain unchanged during the stay.

I like the size of the room. Quiet location. You can walk to down town take less than twenty minutes.

My room is facing West and is quite hot and stuffy.

Hotel offer shuttle bus to 3 MTR stations, it’s really convenient for visitors. Bus stop located within 5 mins walking distance. Airport bus stop just outside of the hotel. Room is clean, staffs are friendly and helpful. Highly recommended to stay here to avoid the crowds from the city center.

It is only around a 5 min bus from the centre of tsuen wan, gave many options for dinner and shopping around.

Coming to a hotel in summer, we expected a pool and part of the reason we booked but the pool was under renovations which was disappointing. I booked through booking.com which gave me the option to choose two twin beds or a double. I chose double for me and my partner. Upon arrival when given our rooms is was two twin beds, we went down to ask for a change but they said choosing double beds was upon availability which was not informed of when booking. Staff were not very nice at all telling us to just “push the beds together” not even offering assistance with this. Without even trying to check, the man said there are no double beds available. Now we were stuck with a hotel with no pool, two twin beds and to make it worse our room reeked of cigarettes, we had to spray perfume around to make it even a little better. We had to reorganise our whole room to get the beds together since there was a nightstand between the two beds. In the morning, we went to a just as disappointing breakfast buffet. This breakfast fit into a small corner only having a few options which were not even appealing. Chicken nuggets, warm watermelon, I went to get some juice and found lipstick on my cup, extremely disgusting and really ended our experience bad knowing I’ll never come back to or recommend this hotel. We were just trying to have a nice staycation and were left extremely disappointed.

They didn't clean the room (e.g. remove rubbish, supply tea and coffee, and replace used towels) for long stay (over 7 days) unless requested. I had to call reception every time I wanted the room done.
