Zeer ruime en rustige kamer wat uitzonderlijk is voor Hong Kong. Ligging niet zo heel ver van Landmark. Groot bed met uitstekende matras. Kitchenette en eettafel kunnen van pas komen bij langer verblijf. Ruime ontbijturen. Vriendelijk personeel, zeer behulpzaam bij het bestellen van taxi en dergelijke.

Van het beloofde bubbelbad was niet veel te merken en er werd met geen woord over gerept op de receptie. Het self service onbijt is erg basic maar nog net aanvaardbaar. Appels en sinaasappels moeilijk eetbar met houten mesje en vorkje. Stalen bestek zou aanzienlijke verbetering zijn.

Amazing location and a very generously proportioned room.

No particular lobby or communal area except the breakfast room which was squashed next to the gym (you can watch someone working out while you have breakfast). Also breakfast not much to speak of, but plenty of places locally to go to.

hotel staff made it great they made everything so easy and made it the best stay in a hotel for a while, not often do hotel staff make the stay great. would like the positive feedback to be passed onto the ladies at reception they made life so much easier for the days I stayed there, local knowledge was great and request made easy, English was great and they are some of the friendliest hotel staff I have met.

Awesome staff. They are really helpful and kind. The location is very central and convenient. Subway station and department store as well as other shops are all nearby. The room is comfortable and includes complimentary drinks.

I thought the room was smaller than advertised or it just felt that way.

The front desk agent was attentive and helpful. A special thanks to a gentleman from the concierge, he gave me a great help on my check-out day. It was raining heavily, he saved me under the rain and assisted me to carry my luggage, and stored it in the taxi. I can't say thank you enough 😊😊

The room wasn't cleaned properly and the amenities were never refilled during the period I stayed. No coffee, soap liquid and shampoo were refilled. The rubbish and empty cake box were still in my room after cleaning.
