Its good considering how cheap I paid for a night stay with my family

The linen was clean and tidy, towels were clean. Cleanliness seem good. Staff seems ok-ish. Location was ok-ish, it is close to the town center. But it's in the poorer and more run down area of Taupo. It has everything, cooking stove, pots, microwave, pots, cutlery, heat pump. But it's really run down (except the heat pump). It has a play ground out side, but really run down too. Addition shared kitchen and showers, but once again really run down.

The place is really run down, worned out. Feels like you're living in poverty. It was quite depressing, a terrible feeling to have especially when you are there on holiday. The room is quite small, and old. Skirting board is rotten. Toilet bowl is wonky. Taps and shower wasn't great, I'd say it's just useable. Everything is so run down.

Location is good. Quiet. Parking. We spent most days away and touring and only used the space as a place to stay and keep our belongings. I would not book here if you plan to spend time in the room, very dull, basic and not much room. Tv very small. Had everything we needed and for the price you really do get what you pay for. I’d suggest paying extra and stay anywhere else ☺️

Beds & Bedding. If you don’t mind having no mattress or pillow protectors this is the place for u! Old uncomfortable mattresses or even spring broken mattresses - Ideal Stay!! Old tea towel and cloths from previous guests - perfect!! Wet dirty dishes from previous guest and temperamental hot water - A+++

Overall a fabulous place for price. Fantastic manager and everything clean and tidy. Perfect for a budget friendly family getaway.

this was one of the worst motels we’ve ever stayed in. so run down. it was dirty, old, the bed was terrible, felt like everything was fifthy
