Business travellers can't be running to the reception for getting a hair dryer. As a business woman with client meetings in Eon Tech Park, I found at 9 am that the hair dryer in my room is broken. I called reception for a replacement. They said no replacement possible only repair. So I waited for the repairman. Instead of getting dressed and moving out for meetings I was at 10 am , with wait hair, waiting for the repairman and his aide ( 2 men) inside my room to get things fixed. Then the repairman sent the aide to fetch an alternate dryer. At 10.30 after all this drama and no apologies from the reception staff I was able to get on with my client work

I enjoyed the whole aspect of my visit and the hotel - totally recommend it. Room was clean and kept clean, bed very comfortable, hotel located in a nice area, very quiet at sleep time. Bathroom was excellent.

My sole frustration was the cost of the hotels transfer back to Mumbai airport - which was almost three times the amount I paid at the airport to transfer from Mumbai to Pune and twice the cost of my two night stay, which left a very sour taste in the mouth. The car used was akin to a mobile skip and nothing near any level to justify the massive charge.
