i didn't have the breakfast so i am not able to comment on that, since i was there for a golf tournament. hence was to go early morning for game

Small rooms, i was given the room in Golf view whereas the view was good but the rooms were small and the services were slow. The main building rooms were also same charges as I paid but that room was not given to me.

The property itself was good. The view was good.

They missed on the basics. The Deluxe rooms size is very small with no chairs. There was no minibar, even if there is (in suite) it was totally empty. The water got clogged in the rooms, ac does not work, door does not get latched for the bathroom, TV does not work to name a few. The food was also average.

Discrimination against women in the swimming pool. Every woman has to be in the swimming cap, but for men it's aloud to swim without caps even if they have long hair. This rule has to be same for everyone, because some men has more hair as women. The staff at the pool was very unpolite because these caps although there is no information in booking list that the women should have caps.

we took the two most basic rooms for 4 people, it turned out that there is no living room as in the picture, and there is not even a refrigerator! No one warned you that you might need a swimming cap in the pool - this is a surprise that you are informed about already in the pool. The staff are good people, kind, but not trained at all, hire a hotel business specialist to explain what to do! send one of the managers for training. the staff is completely sure that the hotel is 4 *, although it is listed as 5 * on Booking, they think that this is a rating, and they are already good, but in reality the hotel rating is rapidly falling. Sheets with coils, hygiene products in dust and stains, dust everywhere, rooms are not cleaned, you need to insistently remind, breakfast is vegetarian, only eggs are available, the restaurant on the terrace is pleasant
