Het ontbijt was het enige wat iets minder was. Wel goed, maar soberder dan bij ons vorige bezoek aan dit verder fantastische hotel. Ze hebben ook een schuilkelder, wat in UA geen overbodige luxe is.
Eigenlijk niets. Alles is erg goed. De prijs-kwaliteit verhouding is uitstekend.

The location was right up the road from the theater, the War Museum, and the National Art Museum. the road behind the hotel had destroyed Russian (Orc) tanks and vehicles on display. Also very close to the parks along the Dnipro River. The bed was large, the room was clean, the view was okay, and the room service for dinner was excellent!
I could tell that people were smoking in the emergency stair wells because I was right near one. The bed was a king size, but was actually two smaller beds together with a small gap in between them (common across all of Europe, but still worth noting as my other 2 accommodations in Kyiv were not this way).

The vantilater in the bathroom did not work. We complained, but it was not fixed.

Free upgrade to junior suite with a very nice view! A bit old fashioned, but nice.

extremely expensive for the quality. I paid 150 euros per night, and for one complete day I had no light in the bathroom. Staff not very helpful either

The Hotel is clean, the Decoration is from maybe 1990 but clean.
location ist gut you have Just 10 minutes walking to the City center Maidan.
By going back to Hotel is Upwards you need more Energy.
Unfortunately the Reception was very lazzy and powerless to Stop a very very loudly Inconsiderate neighbor room who was loud like a Disco, and i couldn’t sleep all the Night.!
first I thought it’s a near disco in the city than I understood that is my neighbor room.
The security just asked him to Turn it up, but didn’t help let him switch off and he continue till 8:30.!!
in the morning at next day I showed the next receptionist and I got for this trouble.
So i got from the reception and Hotel manager just. (Oh I am sorry ) 🙄
So i think with new Yang English speakers personal the Hotel will looks better.
