Desayuno variado y abundante, bastante fruta, estuve 3 días y los desayunos variados y excelentes, el personal muy amable y atento, se encuentra bien ubicado y en una zona muy segura

El olor del closet, quizás por lo que no es usado frecuentemente tiende a oler a guardado

La ubicacion es comoda para ir al casco antiguo y esta cerca del centro financiero. La habitacion muy amplia.

El área de la piscina es a acogedora. Muy buen desayuno.

1 hora en la fila para el check in y luego de eso 1 hora más esperanfl l habitación. Las camas son muy pequeñas. 2 personas grandes no caben en esa cama.

Excelente, muy bueno el desayuno y la ubicación muy bien.

La televisión, tratamos de ponerla y no pudimos aún cuando mandaron al tec. para que nos ayudara, cuando se fue no pudimos sintonizar ningún canal.

The location is good and the wi-fi is good too. The bellboys where absolutely great!

The reception staff must improve their customer service, 1-hour queues to check-in and out, also long lines to speak to someone, they don't pick up the phone when you call from the room. They are totally unhelpful and unwilling to help guests. I lost my passport when I was there, and they refused to call the police or the store I was last in, alledging they can only use the phones to call internally! I even offer to pay for the minutes, I have never experienced such rudeness and lack of care from hotel staff ever before. You have to get the information out from them with a corkscrew and they won't offer an answer beyond a yes or no answer. The rooms are small and the lighting is terrible we had a floor lamp that was not working. They advertise four restaurants, but only one is open.

I booked my trip to Panama City almost as an afterthought as part of my return to the USA - and my desire to tour the canal. I was surprised that w a $ based economy rates were so great! The suite I booked was luxurious and was less than $100 per night!

The breakfast was great with lots of options. The pool area was very nice.

Hotel looked a little bit dated.

The bell boy Andres was great and helpful. Front desk was also great. Staff were very friendly. Love the decor. Love the location, convenient location for shopping, sight seeing, and uber was readily available. Variety of selection for breakfast.
