The breakfast was good. There was always a variety from which to choose. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. Despite the language barrier, we were still able to communicate with some understanding.

Posizione strategica eccellente. La zona comprende molti ristoranti, bar e locali per mangiare e bere di ogni tipo e etnia. Camere ampie pulite e funzionali. Bagno pulito e doccia ben accogliente. Ottimo il servizio, la cordialità e l'assistenza. Camere ampie e pulite. Servizio preciso e curato. Bagno senza bidet, ma doccia e servizi molto confortevoli. Disponibile ferro da stiro, tavola, phon, minibar e frigo

La colazione è buona ma con margini di miglioramento. La qualità e la disponibilità della scelta, soprattutto dal lato dolce è migliorabile. Manca il bidet il bidet in bagno, ma è normale in sudamerica.

Área com bons restaurantes a poucos metros de distância. Café da manhã foi muito bom. Quartos confortáveis. Staff atencioso. Há uma agência de turismo no hotel que atendeu nossas necessidades por passeios. Piscina adequada. O Panamá não é um país barato. A exceção foi o custo com o hotel.

Everything was awesome. We are a family of three ( husband, wife, and a 2 year old son), and we highly recommend this hotel. The front desk had incredible customer service and provided detailed information upon checking in. The staff were always helpful and friendly and spoke English, which was highly important for us. We had an impeccable view of both the city and ocean scenes. The room service.... OMG, every evening when my family and I got back to the hotel, our room was thoroughly cleaned and had a great aroma. We really enjoyed our stay at the Ramada Plaza By Wyndham, Punta Pacifica.

Our 1st nights dinner. The appetizer we ordered was okay, but the main course (Jack Daniel chicken and rice) we didn't enjoy.

Comfortable bed, quiet A/C, large room, excellent buffet breakfast and very attentive staff everywhere

It was near shopping areas and seemed centrally placed. The room was large and spacious. Front desk response was relatively fast. The room was old age friendly. It was noticeably cleaned. Bathroom cleanliness a plus. Beds made to perfection.Breakfast offered a variety of options for your taste and type preference. We felt safe. Many restaurant options surrounded the hotel. Staff used English well. Front desk personnel were very helpful and pleasant. Mechelle was exceptional. We found that overall the hotel was kept extremely clean particularly bathrooms, not only in your room but in the lobby as well. We would rate Ramada as our best hotel experience in our travels abroad.

The bedroom floor needed mopping more regularly it felt dusty yet the room was cleaned well and beds were made to perfection. I found hair in my food one day and this was a turn off for me. More caution needs to be extended to preempt this kind of occurence.

The staff at front desk and breakfast were extremely attentive, professional and friendly. Fresh fruit,juices and coffee every morning plus huge selection of pastries/muffins and breads. The hotel was a quick and safe walk over to Multiplaza mall which even has a supermarket. The room was much bigger than expected, very spacious bathroom, very nice toiletries.

Breakfast was a buffet and I don’t usually do buffets because people are gross. We only went once to breakfast—it was mediocre. I would go out to one of the baby local places nearby
