- Iluminación de los cuartos pésima si quieres trabajar - debes considerar que todos los días deberás pedir las llaves de tu habitación porque se desconfiguran todos los días

La ubicación

El aire acondicionado no funcionaba bien, nos dijeron que iba un técnico y no fue; al momento de la reserva “comprendimos” que el desayuno estaba incluido, sin embargo, al momento de ir al restaurante nos indicaron que no estaba incluido.

La habitación: muy limpia y la cama súper acogedora. La ubicación y sus areas tienen muchas opciones de restaurantes y una vista fenomenal

The bedroom was nice

Breakfast was really bad and cheap. Everything was cold and there weren't so many options to choose from. The bathroom in the room needs e thorough cleaning. Looks like they see that some things need to be replaced in the bathroom but they simply dont do it. Door needs to be replaces. Sink needs to be repaired. The bathroom needs a new painting. Not nice

It’s just off the main road so quiet but accessible to restaurants and nightlife.

When housekeeping came around they trimmed a rose we had bought the previous day and set it in a cup of water. It was thoughtful.

Excellent location for tourists. Just walking distance to every thing.,Housekeeping was awesome. The staff was great. Beautiful view from room, especially at night. Private car service offered. Very prompt and professional.

I had a reservation but had a family emergency so needed to fly to England urgently, which meant I needed to change my dates and reduce my stay by one night. But the hotel were not understanding to this at all. The management did not adjust my reservation and still charged me for the night I didn’t use. The manager wouldn’t even come and talk to me. All I wanted was some empathy and understanding, some flexibility. Even asked if maybe they could provide me with complimentary dinner on my first night in place of the room charge the next day, I wasn’t even asking for a refund. I think it’s a shame that such a nice hotel doesn’t care about customer service and doesn’t try and make a really bad situation just a bit better for their guests. Very disappointed by the attitude and service of the management.

The location was great and walkable and the kids enjoyed the playroom

The staff treats everyone well. They are still using masks at the front desk...the manager will always help you
