L’appartamento curato e comodo
La reception ed il personale addetto, avevo mandato una mail per la prenotazione del garage ma non ho ricevuto risposta e mi sono dovuto cercare il garage con scarsa collaborazione del personale

Lokalizacja ok, blisko starego miasta, miła obsługa pomocna.
Mimo rezerwacji parkingu nie mogłem na niego wjechać dopóki nie zapłaciłem za wszystko z góry. Musialem stac przed szlabanem blokujac wjazd. W apartamencie śmierdziało papierosami, z wanny zrobiony prysznic ale już nikt nie pomyślał o uchwycie na słuchawkę prysznicową.

The apartment was big and well equipped. The staff was very professional, helpful and kind.

The location was good. Very close to everything in bratislava.
We were 3 people. And we had two rooms (one single and one double).
We expected AC in both the rooms. Which was not the case. Single room had no AC. With the heat in bratislava, the person in single room did not sleep comfortably at all.

- Nice location (the hotel is located close to the city center)
- Clean, comfortable and modern rooms
- A window that could fully open to get fresh air in the room (we also had a balcony in the room)
- Fully equipped room (available kitchen, microwave, fridge, washing machine, etc.)
- Possibility to have breakfast in an open space (with very limited seats however)
- No good aeration in the bathroom/toilet (they were in two different places in the room - that was quite convenient)
- Poor breakfast hygiene, quality, variety, and quantity (we actually spotted mould in some cakes)
- Not 24/7 available reception
- Since the building rooms are basically accommodating students, there was some noise pollution during the day/night

Very helpful staff who spoke good English, and very clean. Nice hot water and very spacious. Great that family was located together.
Very small toilet area. No handles for bath or anti-slip mat. Shower would be better than bath as it's not easy to use over bath. Toaster would have been useful.

Quiet area. The apartment was nice with comfortable beds. The balcony was good. Nice staff.
The refrigerator was in desperate need of defrosting. Could not get the drawers open due to the frost.
The location made it difficult for some ride share folks not to be able to find it.
Not many restaurants nearby. Had to go to old town for food.

the shower was very low down so I had to wash myself while holding the shower head, it would have been 10/10 if the shower was fixed higher up

The apartment is spacious, comfortable and contains everything you might need for a short break. It is walkable from the station and about 5 minutes walk from the old town. We liked it so much we booked another night.

Nice flat, close to the old town on a quiet street. The breakfast was good value for money. The reception was fluent in English and responded quickly when I contacted them via the app. The parking needs to be paid extra but it's worth it, it is pretty hard to find a spot for free.

Super comfortable, extremely clean, great location and superb staff! Convenient and safe parking, easy access to higher floors! I will most definitely choose it if/when I come back again, and highly recommend it to others!

The staff is very friendly, at the reception and at the breakfast room everyone smiles to you.
The location is great, right close to the city center.
The breakfast is good: many types of fried egg plus flakes, sausage, etc..
I was also a bit concerned about parking when I booked the hotel, I thought that the number of parking places is very limited, but it's not the case, they have ~20 or even more parking spaces and when I came half of them were free. Also they are quite spacious, so that any kind of car can fit it in my view, even a big one.
