L’hôtel est très bien placé, proche du vieux centre à pied. Il est à taille humaine avec un très bon confort et un service parfait. Très bon accueil, personnel de qualité professionnel. Les décors sont très agréables avec une tres belle décoration. Garage possible pour les véhicules. Restaurant de très bonne qualité, avec ses plats savoureux. Bref ! Parfait !

Peut être un peu au niveau de l’isolation phonique…

The staff, the housekeeper, were extremely friendly.

Very old building small room. To old town 10 minutes walk. Breakfast is OK but crowed.

Everything was amazing, Location is close to the center and the staff were helpful and supportive. I believe breakfast could be better as it was limited with 4-5 items only not as all 5 stars hotels I really enjoyed in this hotel it was cozy and vintage hotel

Once check out i was surprised that receptionist asked me for 29 Euro for parking and unfortunately no one informed me once checked in that it’s paid parking as I could find somewhere else cheaper than this price but after explained to him he was a generous and didn’t charge me i really appreciated that

Parking entrance quite narrow, for that price, room was a bit small.

everything… It was pure old-style elegance. The rooms are spotless, the beds extremely comfortable, nice towels, slippers and a bathrobe, as well as little amenities like shower kits, shoe polish cloths, etc. The location was excellent, not far from the public transportation and not far from the old city, but very quiet. There were staff to help us with everything. They were quite professional. And we got a free breakfast along with it which was absolutely amazing… A huge buffet with everything labeled, local foods and international: the biggest variety and amount of food we had had on our trip. Easy check in, and key cards.

No negative comments at all

The location is superb, in the city center, but on a quiet street. Nice room, comfy beds, friendly recepcionist who checked us in.

No hair conditioner in the bathroom. (Only available upon request at an additional cost).

The weather was dreadful and it was a pleasure to return back to comfortable accommodation.!

Lovely comfortable, quite luxurious hotel in the centre of Bratislava. I stayed here many years ago and it's as good as I remember. Nice staff, solid breakfast, attractive decor.
