Everything was excellent. Exceptional design of the LOFT rooms. Attention to the smallest of details. Clean and well-maintained. Staff was kind and friendly. Location is only 7-10 minutes walk from the Old Town of Bratislava. The Beer factory pub downstairs was great as well. We enjoyed that we could get quality beer in glass 1 litre bottles to our room :) The free minibar with daily refill and the coffee machine in the room were added value. Great 50 inch TV in the room.

Very close the main train station and Old Town. very friendly staff and beautiful decor. I wish we could’ve stayed for breakfast but our flight was very early in the morning.

I am Genius member 3 and I want to share my terrible New Year's Eve experience in this hotel. I was accommodated in room 618 on the opposite side of the elevator and you can hear the mechanism of the elevator as if it were with you in bed, impossible to sleep. also, on the upper floors, the walls are so thin being the metal structure that you have the impression that you are staying in the same room with your neighbor. it could also be heard when the neighbor walks around the room or when he plugs the phone into the socket. terrible! the last surprise at the checkout was when I was unfairly accused of smoking in the room and although I tried to explain that I only smoke iqos and not in the room, I was still forced to pay 100 euros under the pretext that they cannot give the room to anyone for 24 hours to air out. to ventilate what? since I didn't smoke and the room didn't smell at all. Before I checked in, I didn't take into account the reviews in which other people said that they were unfairly accused of various things and forced to pay 100 euros. so it seems to be a practice on the part of this hotel, it could be a scam!!!!!!Basically, if you want peace and rest, this is not the right place! we couldn't sleep at all, even from the hallway you could hear extremely loud voices and slamming doors, it's not soundproof at all!!!!

The rooms are beautifully decorated and very comfortable. I loved the slippers, and the free mini bar was greatly appreciated. The kids loved the family room. It was a large room with an area to sit on leather sofas. The bar and restaurant served great good, and we enjoyed the beers brewed at the pub.

Good size and nicely Decorated

We really enjoyed our stay at Loft hotel. Room was clean, big and something totally different from everything we saw - really interesting. There are some snacks and sweets in the halls in front of rooms and that is also a plus. Breakfast was amazing, so many food to choose from. There is also a restaurant for lunch and dinner with great food and you need reservation.

The staff is not rude but also not really nice and welcoming.

Breakfast was chaotic, no tables, tables not cleared,, ran out of cups and plates, but the selection was plentiful, it lacked management around 8 am on both of our mornings. Our bed in 602 was rock hard, I like a firm mattress but this was like concrete..

The hotel is very well located: the city center and the main train station are at walking distance. The room is very cosy and spacious enough for three people, and the toilet as well is new and modern. The hotel staff is kind and always available to help. One great thing about the hotel is that the minibar is included and they refill it every day - it includes a variety of soda drinks, water and beer. Moreover, on each floor you can find snacks - pretzel and cookies - for free!

Breakfast is varied and has multiple options of savoury and sweet food. Nevertheless, it could be improved in terms of quality and drinks offering. In fact cafeteria/coffee choices are only available from the coffee machine (self-service), and therefore they do not have the best roasting/blending.

The restaurant food was lovely, but very expensive compared with nice restaurants in town. we paid to stay in the premium rooms and we’re awake early every morning because of the noise from the elevator.

Very nice room, well designed and clean. We were on the 5th floor so a nice view, and the location is quiet. We reserved a table in the Fabrika pub and the food was good, the service was also good. Breakfast for my family has always been the most important meal of the day, and at the Loft hotel they give you an excellent selection.

Its very hard to find fault, but I would suggest the plates provided for breakfast could be bigger, because we wanted to try a few options but needed to use a few plates which made it look like we were 4 people eating for 10 :)
