Room was big. A/C was cool. Buffet breakfast was ok. Clean rooms. Staff were courteous and helpful. Good view, especially the roofdeck. Had dinner at their restaurant, and we had plenty of leftovers. We asked if they could re-heat them for our lunch the following day, and they gladly accommodated our request. Gave us free transport to the airport. Highly recommended.

it was terrible. it was dirty, super smelly (there probably was mold) and the reception desk staff was rude. the bedrooms had NO windows, I have never seen anything like that.

Staff were nice especially door staff and restaurant workers.

Room itself was fine but opens on to a weird corridor and there is no natural light.

In the beginning i was booked at the room then i checked i wasnt feeling comfortable that theres a back door open.

My wife and I stayed in the 'Deluxe Double Room'. Room - Clean and spacious with lots of natural light, a balcony and a good view across the bay. Staff - Polite, courteous and helpful. Services - We were able to order room service for dinner and were provided with a free airport transfer upon our departure.

Breakfast - Although there was a self-service buffet, it had limited options that lacked the quality expected of a hotel of this nature.

Clean hotel in central location. Large room with good ac and large shower and bath. Good selection at buffet breakfast. Very good fresh egg station. Helpful reception and free shuttle to airport.

Bed a bit hard.

The view to the harbourg was excellent but with the cheaper option the room has no window. The staff was helpful.

The rooms are not sound proofed so you share the activities of your neighbours.

Very convenient and close to airport for overnight stopover. Free transfers to airport. Staff friendly and helpful and booked onward travel for us. Large modern clean comfortable room.

Very nice hotel located only 10´ away from the bay by foot. The staff was very nice and attentive. They arranged us the free transfer to the airport service and since we had to leave really early in the morning, they put some breakfast for us in a package for us to take with us. Definitely recommend this hotel :)

Nothing is bad

The room was very big and so was the bathroom. The location was pretty good as it was super close to the airport and also convenient to go for a walk in the city if you fancied. They offer a free shuttle to the airport which is fantastic.

The hotel restaurant was pretty bad. Italian food was horrendous and they brought us the wrong order and tried to get away with it by changing the bill. The breakfast was also very poor if you're vegetarian there's not many options.
