The breakfast buffet is way overpriced! Also, the pool had not been cleaned and was full of leaves.

very unwelcoming, shabby and they were not nice when charging for breakfast-Booking said it was included but in the fine print it was $21 US dollars per person.. making the stay 120 instead of 80.

Room was fine but it was not the regency suite that I had booked

They said my Regency suite was unavailable for some sort of issue. I didn't believe them, and I feel my room was given to someone else

I had a bad experience during my last stay and this time everything that had been problematic was resolved. I am extremely pleased with the effort and personal attention I received and I must say that most hotels would not do what Hyatt did for me to fix the issues I had. Very, very pleased. I would also like to provide a very special THANK YOU to Adrina Sanchez, the guest experience manager. I will be back again soon.

Beautiful property with a tropical pool area. The room was good size and clean.

stylish rooms, great breakfast buffet

By the time we fed the kids and put them down, my wife and I tried to grab a drink in the hotel bar but it was already shut. I swear it was only just past 9pm. Also, although breakfast was included in very high cost they actually charged us extra for waffles. we are vegetarian so when my kids were looking at the very meaty buffet the kitchen staff offered to prepare them waffles. But then we were charged for it haha

The buffet was not my favorite, it was expensive and the food was mediocre. I would have preferred to ordered a la carte.
