The location was good. They had nice body soap and and lotion. The bed was comfortable.

The service in the restaurant was poor, our order wasn't sent to the kitchen. I requested someone to help me with my television. The front desk said someone would be sent to the room and they never showed up. Mainly the prices were very high for the quality of the accommodations. Certainly for what they charged they shouldn't have provided mini sized water bottles.

The Pool is nice

The hotel needs urgent refurbishment, floor is lifting, mould on the walls Staff required better training, the want me to do the automatic check in and the bill did not match that of Booking and they could not explain why and told me there was nothing they could do.

Housekeeping knocks loudly on your door since early. if you don’t reply quickly, they knock louder again with not very pleasant manners. Also laundry service (unwanted) knocks loudly and early on your door. Room service trays left on halls for 8+ hours.

Housekeeping pounds on the door loudly, as early as 8am. Laundry service pounds on the door loudly, as early as 8am. Room service trays left in halls for hours, some seen at night, still sitting there in the late morning. Shower pressure is mediocre at best. Room service is not great.

Hotel is older but kept in very good shape, the room was very clean, we only had breakfast there and it was very good. Staff was helpful and polite.

The best for me was the garde area of the hotel with the little lake in front. There where numerous green iguanas and squirrels in the hotel garden, in the laguna there are several big crocodiles and some small ones - seams nature is protected in this city! Besides that it is a nice clean hotel with good service - I can just recommend it to normal people that like a touch of nature :-)
