Ein gepflegtes Anwesen auf dem Berg mit toller Aussicht nach Koh Phangan. Große Zimmer mit Balkon und allem was der Gast so braucht. Ausreichend Parkmöglichkeiten vorhanden, großer Pool, Restaurant und Massage vor Ort. Man kann einen Roller oder ein Auto direkt buchen, das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es gibt einen Fitnessraum und einen kleinen Whirlpool. Der Barkeeper Lay sticht besonders hervor, seine Cocktails schmecken großartig und sein äußerst zuvorkommendes und hilfsbereites Wesen ist eine Freude für jeden Gast.
Nach Stromausfall fließt aus allen Wasserstellen im Zimmer braunes Wasser, wird die Hauspumpe getauscht (kommt selten vor) fließt auch Fäkalwasser aus den Hähnen und der Dusche (echt eklig, kein Wasser trinken). Die Sauna war defekt. Jedes Jahr wechselt das Management (waren 3 Jahre hintereinander dort). Das Badezimmer ist negativ zu bewerten. Es gibt keine Handbrause in der Dusche, keine Haltemöglichkeit und die Rainshower-Dusche ist total verkalkt (Reklamation wurde ignoriert). Die Beleuchtung hinter dem Spiegel ist lange nicht mehr aktiv, der Mülleimer für das Toipapier uralt und nicht mehr hygienisch. Die Bäder sollten renoviert werden. Hatten Penthouse gebucht und bestätigt bekommen, sollten aber bei der Anreise einen Stock tiefer einziehen (wurde von uns aber abgelehnt). Die Zimmer direkt am Pool sind nicht zu empfehlen, der Gärtner kehrt schon ab 7 Uhr und Hauspersonal deckt die Lounge Stühle ab. Dabei wird sich laut unterhalten und die Handys bimmeln ständig. Außerdem wird die Nachtruhe dort nicht eingehalten. Die Shuttlemöglichkeit zum Beachclub ist lange nicht mehr existent. Das Housekeeping war schon aufmerksamer, trotz tägl. Trinkgeld wurden keine Blüten mehr auf das Bett gelegt oder liebevolle Figuren aus Handtüchern gebastelt. Die gute Qualität beim Essen wurde seit 2022 nicht mehr erreicht. Es ist wie jetzt fast überall auf Koh Samui: "Anknipslächeln" und keine echte Gastfreundlichkeit mehr wie früher in Thailand. Schade! Hinweis: Da alle Zimmer unterschiedliche Eigentümer haben, muss unsere Bewertung nicht auf alle Zimmer zutreffen.

Amazing views from our room, we were a poolside terrace. Very friendly and polite staff. Comfortable large bed and big fridge was very useful.
Air con was pretty poor, we had to move from the first room as it was outdated and inefficient. The shower in bathroom was inconsistent and not very powerful. Curtains could do with a good clean or updated.

This is an awesome property to stay and relax.
Its 12 kms from Fisherman's Market and 17 km from Chewang beach area.
But there are many beach bars near this hotel.
Staff is superb very helpful.
Special thanks to Ley ( waiter), he is very helpful and takes good care of everything and everyone.

food in the restaurant is absolutely terrible a let down to this beautiful establishment.Would return based on room ,views and value for money but scooter or car rental it’s a must just so you can get food from elsewhere and go to the beach as that is not a walking distance.

We only stayed for one night, and this hotel was a good option for a short stay. Room was quiet with a large bed and efficient AC.

The staff are wonderful here, they are always willing to help and friendly. One of the staff was even nice enough to drive one of us down to 7 Eleven to get some supplies the night we arrived! The pool area is a fantastic area to relax and enjoy the view of the ocean and surrounding islands. The room came with a microwave, cooktop, kettle and toaster, so we didn't feel pressured to buy meals at the restaurant all the time, which was a big positive. However, the food at the restaurant is very tasty and reasonably priced. The hotel will also hire out scooters so you can explore the area, as it is located on the mountain with not a whole lot around it. Overall, I would definitely recommend this to people as a change to staying on the beach. It is family friendly, but better for couples so you can hire scooters to get around.
My only critique was the bed and pillows! If you like firm beds and really soft, fluffy pillows then this is the place for you. Unfortunately, I could not get comfortable as the bed was way too firm for me and the pillows were so soft, I felt like I was going to suffocate! Other than that, this place is a great place to stay.

The resort was quiet and very relaxed. The view is lovely. Breakfast was included and the food was fine but the choices were limited.Staff are helpful and friendly
AC was poor , bathrooms are disappointing as small and water pressure Not great in the shower. The bed was quite hard but I got used to it. General level of service especially around the pool with towels and drinks / clearing plates etc needs improvement

The hotel Overall is very good, peaceful location, good views. Not a bad location but you need a car or a bike to get around as up a steep hill. Staff are friendly and helpful but service is not 5* it’s very relaxed. Breakfast is basic but good. Generally Food portions are small but delicious. There is a good selection of drinks available. Prices are reasonable.
The resort could do with some extra touches and done ongoing maintenance to fix some small issues. Light sim the pool don’t all work, there are some chipped and missing tiles and the jacuzzi bubbles are not working. The mattress is disappointing in the room as rock hard. Bed side lamps are missing and AC is not very powerful. Bathroom is basic and shower is not the best pressure with no separate hose for washing hair.

Amazing room and facilities
The hotel is up on a hill, about 30 minutes drive from the center of chaweng, you definitely need to rent a vehicle if youre staying there, sometimes it’s a plus to be detached from the city, but only if thats what youre looking for.

The staff are wonderful - they are doing everything possible to create a positive experience. The hotel has obviously been closed for some time and is just getting back on its feet. The views and the pool are wonderful.
Not really my cup of tea - but I appreciate the efforts of the staff who have undoubtedly struggled during the pandemic.

Amazing view, one of the best places I've stayed on any island in Thailand. Staff is nice and non intrusive. Pool is so good. Close to a nice beach. Kitchen great, room layout is clever and feels spacious.
300 THB for a taxi to the pier which is 10 min drive. That's too much. Far from main attractions of the island but I liked that.

It looks like a small studio, but it doesn’t look like on the pictures. The restaurant is great and delicious.
The view is covered by the houses in front, so you need to have room at the highest floor. From the pool you see roofs and sea (there’s no sofas like on the picture)
