The shower in our room was blocked. It didn't drain. The grout in bathroom is all brown and gross.

Very clean,good location, and service.

Only thing they don't have the lift, so a bit hard to bring the luggage up and down.

I liked everything

Comfortable suite, private spa pool on the balcony, clean room.

Fairly small kitchen area. No instructions for the TV (had to ask how to use the two remotes), no electric outlets on the RHS of the bed for phone, computer, etc. Only one door key for the two occupants. Somewhat limited parking spaces.

the hairdryer in room 7 doesn’t work not an issue just through you would like to know

Quiet, nice Cafe on site, close to the water and nice decor.

Our room didn't look as nice as others in the hotel. Bathroom almost as big as the rest of the room which was a little cramped with a portacot as well. Bathroom probably needs to be upgraded as doesn't match the rest of the room

Great service - we arrived quite late and were greeted warmly. We enjoyed the spa bath. But the biggest discovery was the excellent cafe which is part of the accommodation and sits right on the lakeside - the food was fabulous and so was the view. Definitely returning.

It was clean and comfortable inside , bathroom was nice , but the shower head holder was broken.

Spa wasn't very warm, cars parking really close to the patio made it feel like there wasn't much privacy. Couch was uncomfortable, the drain in the sink was smelly. Expected more for the price

Good location and facilities

Obnoxious and very loud guest staying in the room above ours. Their child was up at 10pm each night screaming and playing “hide and seek” which we could hear loudly in our room. My partner lost sleep due to the noise and was then woken up at 6am to the child screaming. The parents had no consideration for other guests in the hotel and it made our stay at the hotel not as enjoyable as we thought it would have been.

very close to everything, very close access to the lake walks. nice and clean. bonus was the private jacuzzi on the deck.

not much of a dislike but the restaurant wasn’t open.
