Cleanliness was 10. Friendly and helpful staff. Lovely place to stay.

Parking was a bit tight and someone took our parking. Otherwise everything else was amazing.

The room is well-maintained and clean. Nice space for a family. The kids enjoyed the pool. Staff are very accomodating.

We booked out the whole place from Friday night to Monday morning. The receptionist was amazing, she checked in on us everyday to see if we needed anything and to ask how our stay was going. She also helped us with ever request we had. Our rooms were cleaned everyday. The price to book out the whole place was great for the amount of people we had staying there. The kids loved that they could go swimming whenever they wanted. Every room had Netflix although only 4 rooms could watch it at the same time. Considering the rooms are brick there very warm. Highly recommended.

Internet ran a bit slow at time but that's because we had alot of devices connected to it. We also found a bong in room 8 that must of been left there from a pervious guest. Room 4 had ants in the kitchen and bathroom areas.

Beds were surprisingly comfortable - the sinks were very clean in the room (like polished silver). The staff were very kind and accommodating to our family's need/request to have rooms next to each other. The location is very close to town and right near a service station. Air-conditioning/heating worked well.

It would have been good if there was glass instead of a shower curtain (personal preference). The carpark is in need of some filling as there were some large potholes, but nothing that couldn't be avoided. Could have used an extra pillow but we used one from the single bed that was not used in our room (to be fair, we did not ask for an extra, and I imagine if we did the staff would have provided).

Close to my work. It was clean and tidy. Landlady was very helpful.

Everything was of good quality, clean, appropriate, nicely stored/placed. I did not have a car but could walk to everywhere I needed to. Staff were very friendly. I could use netflex. The garden was nicely weeded and filled with a variety of plants.

II found using the TV controls tricky . . . but that's me as I always have difficulty!

We found this accommodation on the Top 10 motels, lovely warm welcoming from the host, use of Laundry. Would definitely recommend & stay here again.

Bathroom definitely needs a Fan extractor otherwise no complaints.

Fabulous, friendly staff. Room was cleaned while we popped out quickly. Hassle free and everything we needed in the room. Awesome value for $$. We will be back.

Great location, CLEAN comfortable units, the hostess is just fabulous, so friendly and she remembers you when you come back for another stay. My number one choice when I'm working in Kaitaia. Highly highly recommended. 5 stars
