Deluxe sea view room had lovely view. Very well equipped self contained room. Easy walk to wharf and several restaurants. Managers very welcoming and informative.
The road noise started early in the morning which could affect light sleepers.

Great location, 3 minute walk along the waterfront to bars, cafe's, shops. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was great and we had a fantastic view over the water. Would go back anytime and totally recommend.

The owner Lyn was fabulous to us. We were up there for our babymoon and she kindly upgraded us to an ocean view apartment. It was tremendous and had everything we needed. Excellent location too close to all the main spots in Paihia. Her beautiful gesture made our trip. Such a lovely person is Lyn and we will stay here again in the future with our addition.
Absolutely nothing. A great place to stay and the owner Lyn has a heart of gold.
