近隣のホスト街がうるさい、夜中3時に廊下で大声で電話している外国人がいてうるさかった

Tattoos dürfen beim Frühstück nicht öffentlich getragen werden. Es gibt vor Ort Hautfarbene Aufkleber. Also gab es kein Frühstück, zu wenig Aufkleber vor Ort.

眺望の良い部屋で、お風呂が良かったです。

お風呂の入浴時間が１５時にしてほしい。

部屋がきれいで清潔感があった。 食事はとても充実していた。

初めての利用者にはチェックインの手続きが分かりにくかった。

ロケーションで女性一人の外出では難有り 隣接駐車場が割高感あり ベットが軟らかすで体が沈み込んでしまう

今回14階の部屋で、外の音も気にならず、 快適に休めました。 大浴場も清潔になって快適なお風呂でした、 17時から入浴出来たらもっと良いかも！

朝食は美味しかったけど、料金が もう少し安ければ、、、！

Location still quite far from train station. Onsen is average. I still not like the check-out time. 10am.

大浴場の写真がメインでアップされていたから期待してたら狭いし、臭い！露天風呂じゃないじゃん、ただの壺風呂だけだった！ エアコンは全館空調の為か全く効かない！適温にならず！トイレの水も流れが悪い！

The hotel is very clean and has everything you need. Nice facilities and everything is very convenient. The location is not super close to central Sakae, but not terribly far.

In the dodgy part of Sakae. The area is not unsafe, but feels seedy, and loud on a Saturday evening.

The onsen was a plus point.

The surrounding area was really dodgy. Rubbish was strewn everywhere on the streets. It was noisy too with youths making lots of noise. The mattress in the room was really soft.

The staff were friendly and very helpful. The amenities and toiletries were extremely good and the big bath was just what we needed after a long day of driving. The hours for using the bath made it very convenient too. The local area is very lively during the night, which means there can be some noise but not too bad. The location also means that there are a lot of great food options and convenience stores close by. The rooms are very small, but this is expected in Japan from this type of hotel. The rooms and lobby were very clean and the beds were comfy. If I could criticize anything other than room size, the pillow was a little too firm for me, but all in all, a great stay and would happily stay again.

Standard APA Hotel hospitality. I really love the large public bath and the breakfast buffet with a variety of Japanese mains and side dishes and some Western, too.

The hotel is in the city center Sakae but not that close to the nearest subway.

Typical APA. The rooms are always decent and comfortable. Parking on site was helpful.

The price of the parking was a bit too high, not cheaper than a regular coin parking so considering it was tied to a one night stay, the price should be much lower, especially as it was the hotel's private parking and not a contracted parking. As always there is always a bit of disappointment with APA hotels...

The area is walking distance from the main street.Though a few miles away from the nearest train station which is Sakae (Sa-ka-e)The surrounding has some massage area which unfortunately was not able to try. I like their public bath but was not able to dip my whole body because it is too hot for me (btw,there is a separate public bath(like an artificial onsen) for male and female in the 15 floor since you have to dip your body naked which for us Filipinos are not used to.Hence,I waited that I was alone and tried to dip even just half of my body. There is also a coin laundry to wash and dry your clothes and for someone like me who does not want to bring dirty clothes home,this is a plus.

My room reminded me of a cabin in a ship.It is quite small and true to others who said that the bed and the table are almost touching meant it literally.If you are claustrophobic (which am not) you do not want the toilet enclosed with a cute bathtub. You need to be ready to walk to go elsewhere.Otherwise,the staff can help you call a taxi.

Housekeeping forgot to check the bottled water that is already used. One of our rooms has bottled water that is already opened.

Private parking for guest. We booked 7 rooms and we have two cars but they only allow one car in their private parking, how was that??? that was supposed to be first come first in basis. we still paid additional fee on public parking.

Very comfortable stay with everything preparation for you . Valuable for money . Just quite too small room for the one with big bag
