It would be great if they were more amenities.

On n’avait quasiment jamais d’eau chaude. Le personnel nous dit soit disant que c’est parce que tout le monde se lave en même temps… Ils disent utiliser un système écologique mais je dirai plutôt que leur but est de faire des économies en coupant totalement le gaz à plusieurs moment de la journée. C’est totalement inadmissible dans un hôtel surtout quand on paye ce prix là…

The staff was excellent, very kind and helpful. The room was fantastic, very clean. The marble floor was so white and clean you could see your face. We loved this hotel. Will definitely stay again.

No coffee machine or kettle in the room

We arrived to the hotel around 9:30am and we were able to leave our luggage there until our room was ready, about an hour later. The lady at the front desk was very nice and gave us a map and showed us all the places that we could go and visit. The elevator was only big enough to fit myself, the lady from the front desk, and our 3 suitcases (S, M, and L), so my husband and 10 year old son had to wait until we got off to take it upstairs. However, the fact that it even had an elevator was a huge plus! We stayed in Room 306, which had 1 Twin bed, and a Queen size bed. It was spacious enough for all 3 of us and very clean. The wi-fi worked really well and it was only about a block away from the Termini train station. We didn't experience any noise, whatsoever, whether from the street or from other rooms.

The only thing we didn't like was the fact that the beds were uncomfortable. We could feel the springs, in the mattress, on both beds.

The room was very clean and newly refinished.

There was very little hot water for our shower.
