The place is quiet, and they are strict when it comes to keeping the silence. Even though the place was fully booked, people were very respectful of others' privacy. The property is surrounded by nature, native vegetation, and we woke up to the sound of birds (macaws, I presume). The hot pools were also the beat feature. It is a perfect spot to relax after a day of hiking.

Our room was never serviced during our stay. We were there for 3 days and no one cleaned our rooms, or collected the rubbish, nor changed our towels. So, on our last day we had damp towels and we had to clean our rubbish bins ourselves. I thought for the price they charged, we would have better service.

A mata do lugar é incrivel, natureza exuberante, silêncio e as piscinas deliciosas !!

The place is peaceful and quiet.

Bad conservation inside the room. Towels with stain, ants and spiders inside the room. No face or floor towel. There was a leak in the sink... nice place but poor maintenance.
