Отель в который я обязательно вернусь если поеду в г.Актобе

Данный отель мне очень понравился, расположение отеля удачное, от аэропорта на такси 9 минут, по приезду персонал разместил раньше стандартного заселения, чему я была очень рада и благодарна. Номер комфортный, чистый, все удобства в номере имеются. Завтрак в отеле потрясающий, вкусно и не смотря на то что бывало приходила под конец времени всегда все было. От отеля в пешей доступности имеются торговые центры, что тоже достаточно удобно. Если будет запланирована еще раз поездка в город Актобе, обязательно остановлюсь в этом отеле.

Not very clean

The bed is okay, the breakfast is normal, people at the reception are very nice.

When we arrived the room amenities were only for one person, I mean towels, etc. we needed to ask for the second set of slippers, towels, etc. The toilet and tea cups didn’t look clean. The hotel offered a mini bar, we tried to eat chips but the pack was already opened (I guess bybthe previous guests). Looks like the room was not properly checked before we arrived and not prepared for 2 persons.

Mostly of the staff is helpful, the location is good.

Simple Breakfast, everything standard. One can order an omelet with the desired filling, which takes 15 min. The restaurant menu is ok, the same food item can be different on different days!!

the waiters are not very skilled in using the card payment system, there was a glitch and they came back at midnight woke me up, and asked me to pay again. Luckily my bank had confirmed that the payment had gone through and told them that we will sort it out in the morning. The bed sheet had a stain.
