Break fast...pool view....
There was a lack essential of room description while we booked in online...so der has to be little bit research regarding Room description to avoid confusion..Reason - when I first booked de the hotel in booking .com that time I booked executive smoking room which you mention pool view but when I visit der I did not get pool view which you mention in yur app....So I claimed n discuss they provide me de room ...so I would suggest rectify room description in yur app...

Staff are really frankly with excellent customer services. Big parking space and kids friendly hotel. Located at most suitable location. Over all the services are excellent and highly recommended if your traveling with your family.
I guest some function are going on while I visited as we see lots of temporary tent are pitch around the hotel.

Just average breakfast. The room was fine. The shower curtain or cubicle is missing. Water all over after a bath.
The restaurant is below par. Overpriced, less quantity. It is good to mention on the web page that it is an entirely vegetarian restaurant. Disappointing food experience.

The sounds for the marriage party etc are allowed whole night and disturbing

very good. spread was very good. the staff is excellent and would always bring in hot rotis/dosas/puris even without asking. they attended to my 6 year old with so much care and affection. very grateful.
access to taxis and transport in general. the hotel staff did appraise me of their difficulty in arranging transport. this is a difficult problem to solve and will need help from the city administration in general. so, specifically, the hotel staff are extremely helpful.

The hotel is well located which was easy access to find local transport. Staffs were friendly and welcoming from the start of entrance. F&B staff were the most welcoming team and friendly people in the hotel. Even though I wasn’t well, they made me feel better.
While I booked my hotel online. The total charges was somewhat 7,000 for two nights. On the arrival day, the reception told me that I need to pay 2,000 extra which I ended up paying 9,850 for the same room. I stayed before in Saffron Crest Hotel, it’s way lesser and better room but reception told me he upgraded my room, I found it same decent room.
