Absolutely fabulous. The rooms are outstanding and the views perfect. Totally didn't expect what we got. Breakfast was good but not great. Adding a sausage or fried tomato or baked beans would complete breakfast. Doesn't cost that much extra but would add so much more. Walking distance to a number of beach clubs which was awesome. Will definitely return.

Just the options for breakfast. Adding a sausage or some baked beans or tomato would make a big difference to choice of where to stay.

Matras very bad, we asked twice to fix it but no action taken. Water cold after some minutes shower. No food or drinks to get. Breakfast to basic. Staff needs training. You get what you pay but general quality needs to improve.

The staff were nice during the few encounters we had with them & we were allowed to check in early.

Where to start. The bathroom absolutely reeked of stale urine. The shower was so dirty that when I washed my hair the tiles and plug hole changed colour as some of the grime had washed away - clearly this bathroom was not cleaned at all. The fridge was dirty and the bedding had holes in and questionable stains. The pool area was covered in ants which made it impossible to sit & sunbathe. The pictures on booking.com are about 20 years outdated and the place looks nothing like advertised.

Lack of staff, often have to go looking for someone working there if I needed something. Not daily cleaning, stayed for a few days and had to go looking for staff to take out bin and get new towels and so on. Bathroom could be much cleaner, lots of grime.

the pictures are not a true representation of the rooms. the stairs leading up to our room were disgusting and all the walls have paint falling off and are very dirty. we stayed 1 night out of what was suppose to be 14

Staff were lovely and very attentive. They were kind enough to let me check out after one night as I was dissatisfied. They were very apologetic about the restaurant being closed and also called me by name which was a nice touch.

The pictures are very outdated, as are the facilities. Bathrooms need touching up and the air-conditioning did not work well. I sort of expected it to be a bit rubbish after reading the reviews, but it's definitely not worth the price.

STAFF is nice and they try to satisfie you. I think due to covid low staff, so the ones who are there do to many things at the same time, and of course you cant have great service like that

Everything else was bad Poor cleaning overall Bed with dust Bathroom was very bad Super old facilities poor quantity of breakfast swiming pool with lack of maintenence Reception is cleaner, and server at same time This resort would be amazing, if it wasnt tje lack of care and maintenance, and without investing they will end up losing more and more clients, it is sad they wanted to charge me 18k for an extra egg for my 1 year old, it really shows how they are trying to cut expenses in the end we couldnt stay, our pillow was yellow of beeing so used, everything was dust and old. we requested a refunde to change hotel, the staff who took carebof it was very polite and apolagize, they were aware of their "bad" facilities. I really hope the owner findes a way to invest to change the place as it has a great potential

location is great if you don’t want to stay in the busy center and near the beach:) staff was very kind!!
