They were not able to provide gluten free bread in the breakfast even that I type the request in advance. Just next to hotel is supermarket, they could just go there.

quiet place a bit far from the city

1. Rooms too small. 2. Bad reception no area. 3. Phone services week 4. Swimming pool needs reservation and poor location .. poor services 5. outside door closed .. taxi park outside main gate and guests need to carry bags to the reception.

we had just a simple standard room but it was quite spacious. Everything was working, an excellent comfy bed, all equipped. Nice cozy blue lights over the window. Breakfast is included and was very good.

I can't say because I was there only one night but so far all is good.

What did I like about this hotel ? 1- Marianne, Marianne, Marianne. 2- Beautiful SPAs different themes but you have to pay a small cost for that. 3- The garden is Beautiful. 4- There is a supermarket across, it's beautiful and has everything you need, it is so nice and new. 5- Cleaning of the rooms is wonderful. 6- It is quiet and you can get excellent sleep every single night without any issues at all. 7- Breakfast is decent and there is a good range of food in the buffet for both vegan and normal people. Would I come again ? Yes only if Marianne was there, she made my experience a wonderful one, there are a lot of hotels, but rarely (if any). Read through the comments I'm sure you will find since liar experiences to mine.

Stayed here for a week from 14th of September. The rooms are in great condition and it was exactly as the photos. The hotel has a beautiful garden and spa. I really enjoyed the spa. What was the best thing about the stay ? Marianne Marriane Marriane Marriane Marriane. Learn this name very well, this is the one person that is the magician running the entire show. I've visited 72 countries and stayed in literally thousands of hotels, I've never in my entire life saw someone like her. I would come back to the hotel only for her, I'm not exaggerating one single bit neither am I keen on writing long reviews. If the management or owner of this hotel is reading this, please don't under any circumstances lose this young women, you are extremely lucky to have her work for you or with you, she is your biggest asset for us English speaking foreigners and we would come back only for her if we could, she made our lives easy. What didn't I like about this hotel ? 1- very strict smoking policy, you can't even smoke in the balconies. I think it has to do with the local law and I totally respect that. 2- Spa is almost booked all the time, you need to book it before hand at least a day in advance. Perhaps when I was there it was busy? 3- Soap in the shower was out, even during cleaning room service was not replacing it, luckily I'm had my own body shower gel. 4- Airconditioning is off during this time of the year, they don't work, I need air circulation so open the window and that fixed everything. Reception provided me with fans and I'm thankful. 5- There is no details how to use the phone to call reception, usually phones are labeled with quick dial option to room service and reception. 6- It is not central, you need to travel 20 minutes or more to get to Kyiv. 7- No appliances such as hot water or coffee or tea in the room.

Overall clean just one lady at the reception is very very nice and helpful. On booking.com it had said its swimming pool was included as it never stated extra charge but when we went there we got told everything was an extra charge sauna swimming pool hot tub everything so was not happy at all breakfast never changes everyday you get the same thing not much to eat .. workers are working there like they don’t want to no smiling no communication no English at all just staring at your face I wouldn’t go back and wouldn’t recommend!

Best location in Ukraine. Nice hotel, staff is very friendly and kind and very helpful, service is great, and very clean environment. My kids enjoyed our stay and the employee were very friendly with kids. Food is tasty and buffet breakfast had lots of choices suitable for all. Will definitely recommend the hotel, and will visit again.

Helena, Julia, Maryana, Helena, from the reception team’s you’re gorgeous, my dear friend GREG I will miss you! the young guy at the restaurant the “cappuccino master” you will have a great future. the hotel was amazing and clean, with good facilities, my friends and I enjoyed our stay for 8 nights, it's gonna be memorable for sure, we felt like a family at Sofievsky Posad!! it's been more than 10 years since I traveling around the world, never had such an experience before! may God grant you the highest honors of whatever you’re wishing guys, ❤️❤️❤️

There was no out door swimming pool, neither open one!

Very kind and helpful staff! Quiet place. Definitely recommended, if need to stay in that area. In case,if needed, very good supermarket just over the street.

Breakfast time not very suitable for business travelers - could start at 7:30. The service standards are not in place - all things every time are done in different way.
