The staff was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast and dinner was excellent, will definitely be back

Good location. Easy to get a taxi. Metro stations nearby. Big hall on the 1st floor to easily arrange events signing activities.

Dinner at the first floor. When I arrived at the hotel it was 7pm. There were few food and many shelves were already empty.

1. Bathroom was good to take showers. 2. There were CNN, CNA, etc, channels on the TV. 3. Welcome fruits.

1. The survey card on the table was showing previous guest’s words written at 1 month ago. 2. The TV sometimes had no signal and shown just a blue screen. (I encountered twice) 3. Breakfast at the restaurant on the first floor did not reach my expectations. There were limited kinds of food and many of them were Jinan local food.

Hotel reception staff Miss.Jiao Jie is a pretty lovely girl who helped me deal with a hard difficult during I accommadted at the hotel.She has a kindness mind with warm heart.

Lively bands and singers play music at lobby each night, you may feel a litter noise when you have dinner.

The hotel rooms were clean. The mini bar has a very poor selection

The hotel staff spoke little or no English. Therefore anything beyond hello welcome to our hotel was a struggle. I had them order me a taxi to the airport the day before as I had an early flight. Of course there was no taxi when I arrived in the lobby at 5am. Then it took another 20 minutes for the lady at the desk to understand that I needed a taxi right away.
