The ease of communication with the staff was outstanding. Very helpful and professional staff. It makes a huge difference.

Very well located hotel in the heart of Kyiv old town. Very very friendly staff. Great breakfast and cool cocktail bar with beautiful view. The food at the restaurant is very good too with some Ukrainian classics and more international food.

Located strongly safe place. You never get any missile, any IED attack from russia without third world war.

The hotel was decorated in a contemporary style and was super clean. Staff were extremely kind and helpful, no exception. Location is good, though Kiev don’t really have a city-center per se (scattered attractions all over the city and no pedestrian street).
I did an upgrade of my room and the receptionist was truly helpful- thank you.
Rooms were small for its category but understandable given its style as a boutique hotel. You have to bear this in mind.
Breakfast was good but limited options.
Rooms are not seamlessly sound proof.

Excellent location and very presentable rooms with an excellent restaurant catering to high end tastes. Excellent facilities and very helpful staff who met our every demand.
As returning customers that have stayed at this hotel previously and recommended this hotel to several friends I was disappointed to be asked to pay extra to take some photos in common areas of the hotel with the bridal party. We reserved three rooms and also utilised the driver service so I thought it rude to ask us to pay extra to spend five minutes taking photos in a common area at no obstruction to other guests.
