Clean facilities close to shops and restaurants. Cooking facilities in each room and very spacious. Loved the morning shuttle service that helped get us to the uni in the mornings. The staff at this place was the best thing. All of them are super friendly and bent over backwards to help us during our stay. Could not thank them enough for their kind service and being so accomodating to our needs

Within minutes of making the booking online, I received a call from the hotel staff confirming the booking and asking for any further help I required. I was able to make my special request without any hassle. The teams were friendly and professional. As I expected, the facility is immaculate and quiet.

Only one key card was issued.

The 1 bed Apartment was all that I expected. Traveling with a child the rooms set up was perfect having the window to see from the bedroom to the lounge was great while our child slept.

A few manuals would have been perfect. when using the oven it took me awhile before I noticed you needed to use the timer. But this is a great safety feature.

our room was above carpark entrance and the remote gate was so noisy it would wake us up every time it will open or close at 11pm then 11.10pm then 11.15pm and continued till around 2am then started again after 6am when I mentioned this to front counter staff they said oh maybe it needs grease and that’s it
