Die Suite im 8. Stock war sehr schön. Wir hatten 2 weitere Zimmer und eins war nebenan und eins gegenüber. Danke dafür. Dies fanden wir sehr gut. Das Essen (Frühstück) war gut und genügend vorhanden. Rezeption sehr höflich und nett. Fitnessstudio war für eine kurze Einheit perfekt.

Ein bis zwei Steckdosen mehr im Zimmer wären super gewesen.

Very disappointing experience

We stayed at hotel Timor for 9 days. The hotel was very disappointing. The rooms were fine, but everything else was not. Everytime we went out, room service took our room-cards and turned off our air-condition because we left it on to cool down our room, so we had to get a new card at the reception every day, and they still kept doing it. Our fridge in the room was not working, and we told them at the reception, they told us an electrician will fix it, but no one ever came, and it was never fixed. The bedding was not changed once, at all. Very disappointing. The shower was working very badly, and there was rarely any hot water. The people at the reception are mean, so are every other person that works at the hotel. The hotel is filled with drunk loud germans. They are screaming and playing music all night, so it is not possible to sleep. We would wake up everyday to trash, broken bottles, cigarettes and ash at our terrace. One night a glass bottle was thrown down from the 4th floor. This was extremely dangerous, and we almost cut us in the morning walking out on the terrace. The room service was called to clean it, and after cleaning there was still glass everywhere. Very dangerous, and very bad service. If we had kids with us that could have ended very badly. Would not recommend this hotel if you want a nice vacation, at all. The people there, the service and the germans ruin it. Sadly.

The hotel was very close to the beach, only 2 mins walk. Plenty of stores and restaurant nearby. The staff are friendly and helpful. They have a holding room luggage. The rooms are clean and modern. The television is also working. Great balcony view. Facilities are amazing. They have gym, outdoor and indoor swimming pool. The breakfast buffet was amazing, plenty of food variety. I just wish they have a longer serving time.

The wall between the rooms are thin hence it is not sound proof. We can hear the people (child crying) from adjacent room especially at night.

The hotel management was very nice in that they have exceeded the expectations as per my request and has given a bigger room that what i expected which was pleasant surprise Very spacious room, very spacious hotel overall and quite lavish ! Breakfast and Dinner spread of varieties are numerous but vegetarian varieties are very limited

The kitchen/restaurant manager is very rude and can be a little considerate to people who are slightly late. Especially a case with us when we had a little baby and we were 5 minutes delayed and they denied any entry to the dinner area and have outrightly rejected our request to have atleast some remains for the baby and were absolutely inconsiderate even of the 6 year old baby. That attitude of his should be dealt with immediately as i dont want this to be repeated for any family who have babies

Great Views from the Balcony from room 1002 not far from the sea and amazing Sunsets . Very pleased we got a double bed at booking with short notice .

A kettle would have been nice to have tea on a morning in the room . Cleaners started too early no soap in the wash basin just in the shower . The noise from the Hotel opposite was very loud until 1am

The water pressure was really strong even on the 9th floor. Cleanness, location is good.

There was no soap at the sink to wash hands only in the shower. Although variety of food at dinner is wide, the quality is sometimes lower than it would be expected from a 4* hotel.
