The location of the hotel is very good. The rooms are big too
The rooms are quite old and not very well maintained. Can be cleaner

It was in a very central location, so close to many nice places to check out when you’re in Bali.
Some towels were so old they were not even white anymore.

-Horrible breakfast
-For the coffee from coffee machine is extra charge
-No iron in the room and small towels, each time had to call and ask for things
-alcohol is not being served 24/7

The location was fantastic! Walking distance to lots of cafes, bars and markets. Room was extremely clean. Staff were friendly and helpful, even going out of their way to bring us cocktails by the pool at 9:30am because we were in full holiday mode 😄

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was excellent on the main strip of town with restaurants at the door. Rooftop swimming pool was great.

The hotel is located in the center on Seminyak where there are many bars and clubs within 5 minutes of walking. The resaturants in this area are very good too! I suggest staying here for convenience.

the housekeeper kept taking our towels and not replacing them. calling down every day to get fresh towels is annoying

Central location and lovely staff.
Buffet breakfast was small and ended up eating toast the whole time, but it was nice bread!
If one of the rooms above/beside you leave their bathroom light on it reflects off the wall and shines in the bathroom glass windows and lights up your whole room at night, 3 of 4 nights we had to sleep like this, the staff did go and turn it off the one time we asked as the people were out but they soon came home and left it on all night.

Work was being undertaken so restaurant was closed for entire stay, meaning no restaurant or live music at hotel as expected. also meant loud banding drilling, not the serene stay I was hoping for. Lift smell also not great!

I didn’t like the home service , I had to call almost everyday to get the mugs clean , until the time they told us if we piled like the mugs to b clean we keep it in the toilet

I only stayed one night and enjoyed the property, the staff really were the highlight though. They arranged everything for me to get to Nusa Penida.

not busy, very clean, friendly staff who help at every possible moment! really helped me and my wife out whenever we had a question and sorted out whatever we needed when we asked.
