Location is near to malls.

No aircon on my 2nd night there. Difficult to get a lift. It’s always full when going up/down.

Breakfast was nice but needs more variety. Can change the menu every 2 or 3 days.

Room Service was very slow. Hotel needs to be refurbished.

limited lists plus breakdown of few that caused nightmare to commute out of room, poor customer service from staffs, they do not have proper system or trained personnel to address long queue, i checked in at 1.30pm, requested to come back to collect the keys, and upon return at 3.15pm i had to wait in a long queue , when i made noise the front office staff assigned defected rooms without lights, phone line and basic amenities. came down to reception to look for the manager, i had to wait and no manager turned up, and the staff had no courtesy to come up to you but you need to keep walking back and forth to the reception! they gave a replacement room with upgrade, the manager did not show up but called, find the manager can’t converse well, the staffs are lacking in courtesy, often defensive instead of being a apologetic.. Had to remind them to supply basic toiletries.. poor service overall, i didn’t even bother to visit the malls at surrounding and don’t think will return again to this hotel

The 6/10 represents good breakfast with wide spread of options, good location walkable to lots of places, spacious room with two tvs, huge king bed, good water pressure in the shower.

Minus 4 are for not so clean room, they could cleann it better and make it smells better. Poor maintanance, they should fix the loose faucet in the toilet. In room dining was not as good as expected. Rm 135 steak looks like a Rm48 steak.

Booked 2 studio suite room, 1 room door is faulty, maintenance staff could not fix the door & no response back to counter staff. Wsited almost 2 hrs to get a replacement room after much unhappiness with counter staff.

breakfast complete they helped to book on-line bus to Genting

so many units without window—walk to wall reception counter impatience—that Indian man no newspaper wall lining n corners not repaired staff do not know how to go/stop/transit,from Hatten to Genting,except to book online bus all staff don’t know where to eat chicken rice ball.

room prior check in is very dirty. not clean at all. toilet is disgusting. carpet room full of hair like never vacuums. i called for room service. never clean my room. when i do complain they clean only my bed. trash never take out. room never vacuum. all i can say very disgusting. pay almost 2.4k for service like this. very bad
