Perfect for my needs. Pub across the road has good meals. Position good. Not far to airport.

Location is convenient for meals at the queenɓyen hotel across the road.

Rooms feel run-down, doors don't seem to lock easily, beds are average, carpark is very tight, especially for dual cab utility or SUV. Tried to book rooms for 2 weeks away and the staff member was struggling to understand what we needed, and still got it wrong so we cancelled the booking.

couldn't get key out of sliding door entrance to our room , fly wire sliding door unable to slide. Bathroom sliding door stuck, had to squeeze through the door to use bathroom

bed was comfortable and shower was very good.

asked for a ground floor room due to mobility issues, not provided which caused pain and discomfort as I had to navigate stairs.

My booking was not held. I arrived late in the afternoon after a big day of travelling with 2 small children and to find my reservation wasn’t held was very annoying. I made a booking online and also spoke with staff on 2 separate occasions. Not happy. Still waiting for a refund.

The beds were comfortable, and the place was clean. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

Electrical issues meant that we had to change rooms to a much smaller and more budget room, where a pump or some very loud sound went off in the middle of the night (sounded like an airplane taking off) so had a terrible night sleep. I wouldn't stay again for the price.

Bathroom clean but exhaust fan not working and no flyscreen. Would be very cold in the winter.

I previously submitted a report for overcharging which was slow to rectify but has now been completed to my satisfaction.

Location close to Canberra, ACT and the good pub next door.

Room could have been cleaner, made us cough a lot. Shower head and lightglobes needed replacing. Bar fridge froze the milk. The shared kitchenette was disgusting.

It was clean, albeit very rundown, just up out of town, quiet, good pub right on it, good meals

Office a bit all over the place with what I asked for was a mix up, took money before I arrived, had travel voucher to use, mess around, said they would fix it & come to me, but I had to chase it up, didn't like just leave key in open room, should have a box so I could lock it & leave key in safety, as room was right on street, mattress was horrid, sore back, need replacing
