the room itself was clean and comfortable.
the reception staff weren’t overly friendly. They weren’t rude, just no enthusiasm I guess.
the smoking area had a terrible smell like mice and the communal bbq was covered in mice poo.

Clean toilet with clean towels and very confortable beds.
When we arrived we have access to stream Disney plus on the tv. We left the room for dinner but when we came back the tv never connect to internet again. Was very disappointed.
Also, for price we were expecting breakfast included and movies etc for free. Not having to use my own Acc to stream them.

The owners or managers were rude they didn't tell us we had to put $150 deposit in until we got there,
just sprung it on us.
I wanted to warm my car up before we left and got told to turn it off as it was stinking their car out... the room was very small but was clean.

The room was compact and clean with a very comfortable king bed. The furnishings were of good quality in antique style. The towels were large and fluffy. There were coathangers that were easy to use and two bathrobes. The room was very quiet. There was a bank of powerpoints under the TV and extra powerpoints next to each side of the bed. The wardrobe had sliding mirrored doors and was close to the powerpoint for the kettle which was useful for using a hairdyer with ease. The heating was very effective with an airconditioner and a wall heater. The bedside lamps were easy to use with a switch built into the bedside table. Free parking was available close to the room. The shower had a rain shower head and the water pressure and temperature were very good.
The bathroom was quite small with limited shelving for putting toiletries on.

Easy late check in,very clean and comfortable.Toiletries were good and shower good. Very reasonable priced,will stay here instead of Canberra
