There should have been a microwave in each room not one communal one in the laundry. You should not prepare food where there are dirty clothes

Comfortable beds and spacious rooms (other than bathroom). Pool was great for the kids. Walking distance to shops and short drive to Canberra.

Bathroom a bit small, especially for a family room. No storage for toiletries.

Clean, serviced daily, good pool and BBQ area

Not enough lights in the room - my room was in the second storey and that was not convenient for me as we have to bring our suitcase thru the stairs - still the restaurant was not opened for lunch n dinner and also there were flies in the room

the balcony railings are really low so pretty scary when travelling with young kids and staying on top floor. always had to hold their hands when walking to and from room etc

The family apartment stated it has a queen bed but our apartment was only a double bed which was disappointing.
