Nice spacious rooms with more of a high-end hotel feel than a B&B. The beds and pillows were one of the best I have experienced in a long time, which made me wish I could take it with me. 😀 Pool and sauna that you can book twice a day for your private use was a pleasant surprise. Breakfast quality was excellent and was by far the best breakfast on our trip even though it was "only" a cold breakfast. The host's friendliness also added to our experience.

Breakfast is at 9:30 so if you want an early start that might be a problem. The only other downside I can think of is that the common area is closed in the later part of the evening, so there is limited space to sit outside of the room, only matters if you have kids that go to bed early I guess.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay from start to finish. We were warmly welcomed by the owner and he was always available to answer questions etc. The bedroom was absolutely beautiful and very spacious and spotlessly clean, and sound proof. It had an extremely comfortable 6ft bed, plenty of towels, robes and slippers. The bathroom was also, absolutely perfect. And as for the breakfast, it was beautifully presented each morning, with lots of choices of breads/pastries and the most delicious fresh fruit salad. The owner was so kind, he even had crepes and Nutella for our young son one morning. Our stay was so relaxing, we used the pool and sauna and again they were fantastic. I cannot recommend a stay at Au Pre Carre enough....it is 5 Star accommodation and look forward to returning there again some day.

It was excellent having a privatised time slot at the pool/ sauna. Breakfast excellent, lots of options. Hosts are nice and discreet.

Internet connection was bad.

The hosts were very kind and did good efforts to give some recommendations although not English speakers. The room is comfortable and quiet.

WiFi is weak. Quiet garden but consider it is in the town so that it's a bit small.
