Frühstücksbüffet überzeugt nicht, warme Speisen häufig kalt, Eierspeisen auf Bestellung sind gut, sehr eingeschtänkte Auswahl am Buffet, wenig bis keine Abwechslung, Personal war häufig wenig motiviert aber stets bemüht, ihre Aufgaben zu erfüllen. Poolanlage und einige Zimmer sind deutlich in die Jahre gekommen, wir mussten das Zimmer mit Wasserschaden an der Decke wechseln und im zweiten Zimmer die völlig durchgelegene Matratze reklamieren.

The beds are the Radisson are the best!!! The property really has a wonderful location, the beach is amazing and the grounds are vast.

I want to make a special appeal for upkeep to the property and to the hotel. It is a gem of a place that has been allowed to deteriorate over the years since I last visited. The service as well has dipped. Hoping it gets back to the glory days.

The location right on the beach.

Arrived at the hotel 6pm. Wasn't put in a room until 8pm (they said they would call me but no one did I had to go back and inquire). No staff answer the phone - I called the operator, housekeeping and room service. I had to leave my room to flag down staff and still nobody turned up.. The bathroom was dirty. Annoyingly I noticed hair on the wall once I started my shower. There was no fridge in the room although they said there would be. Food overpriced and overcooked - chicken wings tasted old. Ended up cutting my stay short, didn't even stay for breakfast in the morning.

The front desk staff moves very slow and I wait 3 hours for my room only after I notified them that they allowed 4 families to go before me. I normally stay at the Radisson but I don’t think I’ll be back. I will truly miss the server/bartender Linz bc she’s always accommodating and a few others however the property needs an upgrade and to really consider a better check in process

The staff were very accommodating, food and entertainment were definitely on point. Easy access to local taxi service and there was a grocery next door.

I'm not sure if my time of arrival clashed with their Carnival period, but, the wait time to get to our room was lengthy, two of five nights I returned to the hotel room to no towels after housekeeping passed. Think this could've been classified as simple human error.

The WiFi didn’t work in our room and even though we spoke to reception it didn’t improve.
